Meet Honey — sweet, just like her name. When Honey was found, she was struggling to move, dragging herself along the ground. It appeared she had been the victim of a hit-and-run. After a thorough exam by our vet, we learned that her injuries weren’t recent — she’s been living with this old trauma for quite some time. Despite it all, Honey’s strength and resilience have carried her through. She survived on the streets in her condition, proving just how strong her spirit is. Now safe in our care, Honey is regaining her strength and mobility a little more each day. With continued love and proper care, she’s well on her way to a full recovery. Honey is gentle, quiet, and incredibly loving. She enjoys soaking up the sunshine, but her favorite place to be is cuddled up right by your side. Now, Honey is ready to leave her past behind and find the forever home she truly deserves.

Please welcome Sakura!  Sakura is a pretty little tan and white Chihuahua mix girl who is 4 years old and weighs approximately 11 pounds.  She was rescued from a very high kill shelter in Fall 2023 along with her 3 tiny babies.  She was an amazing mama to her three little ones and has been patiently waiting to find her perfect forever home!  Sakura is very sweet, affectionate, smart and loves to play with her puppies and toys.  She loves to run and play with her pack and is always ready to snuggle after playtime is over.  Sakura is leash trained and is working on her potty-training skills.  She will do great with another well-adjusted family dog that she can run and play with!  Sakura loves all people, dogs and is great with children over the age of 10, she has not been exposed to cats.  Her perfect forever home will be with an individual or family who has time to spend playing with her and taking her on regular walks.  Sakura has been spayed, is up to date on her vaccinations and has been dewormed and microchipped. Everyone welcome Soxy!! Soxy is a 2-year-old female Chihuahua mix who weighs about 8 pounds and was rescued from the San Bernardino Animal Shelter. What do we know about Soxy? She is a miracle dog! She was rescued the day she was scheduled to be put to sleep due to a broken hip which just needed crate rest. It was later discovered (while under anesthesia getting spayed) that she had a collapsed lung due to a hernia in her diaphragm. She is now a healthy, confident, energetic pup! Soxy LOVES walks, hikes, and is learning to walk on a leash. She LOVES to run and enjoys going on car rides. She is shy and is currently being taken to dog parks to get her used to people, kids, and other dogs. We are recommending a home with children over the age of 13.  She is kennel trained, and knows to get in when it's bedtime. She’ll go lay inside the kennel when she’s wants a nap, too. She knows basic obedience like come and stop, and she is potty trained. Soxy is a sweetheart and seeks affection. She can be vocal (especially when it is dinner time), but knows to quiet down when told to. She has been fully vetted including spay, Diaphragmatic Hernia repair, vaccinations, bloodwork, dewormed, and microchipped.
