Story
Fawn is an amazing girl. She has been here over a year and is used to this environment, so when people come to meet her she wants to run away. If you are looking for an amazing companion who truthfully has no bad habits or behaviors, you could even say she is "the perfect dog", then Fawn is your girl. She just needs someone who understands this and is willing to give her some time to get to know you. She has been in a foster home and did amazing. The foster mom says she is super sweet, loves affection, she is housebroken, she is not a barker, she has very good manners. and she loves to snuggle. She is very good with other dogs. She is a great companion for a single person or a couple, even an older aged couple or single person. She is looking for a home that is calm. She just needs someone to love her and introduce her to a happy, doggie life. If you’re ready to open your heart to Fawn, she’s waiting to become your loyal companion. Together, you can create a world filled with love, cuddles, and happy adventures! She just needs a chance to show you how amazing she is. Adoption fee includes: Spay, All vaccinations are up to date, and a microchip. If you have current pets we do allow a two week trial period for $50. This allows us to make sure that the animal will fit in with the resident animals.  Come meet me!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Drop-In (Without an appointment) Satruday from 11am to 3pm.  We are closed Sunday and Monday.     Countryside Rescue is open Tuesday - Friday 11am to 3pm by appointment only.Appointments can be made by calling 707-542-5582 or emailing countrysiderescuesr@gmail.com.  Please ensure that you receive a confirmation of your appointment before arriving to ensure we are properly staffed for your visit.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Please complete our online applicationat  : https://forms.gle/PGmGoo2ZoBEtU4D18   ##1861024##

Story
SWEET PEA — LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL HOME Sweet Pea didn’t get the gentle start every dog deserves. She came to us pregnant from a hoarding situation with extremely poor living conditions. With no socialization in her past, strangers are overwhelming for her, and trust is something she gives very slowly. But beneath her fear is a truly tender soul. Sweet Pea now gets excited when she sees the people she knows, and she’ll carefully give little hand kisses — her way of saying “I’m trying.” She **wants** affection, but she’s still learning how to accept it. Sweet Pea needs a quiet, patient home with someone who understands that progress comes in small steps. She’s not ready for cuddles or handling yet, but with time, consistency, and compassion, she will continue to blossom. If you believe in giving overlooked dogs a chance to feel safe and loved, Sweet Pea is waiting for you. Interested? Send us a message to learn more about Sweet Pea.
