Story
Garbanzo may be shaped like a little legume-long, low, and perfectly seasoned at 15 pounds-but this boy is bursting with flavor once you give him time to simmer. A bit shy at first sniff, Garbanzo needs a slow, gentle approach to soften up, but once you've earned his trust, he's all about playtime, cuddles, and strolls with plenty of sniff spots. This tenderhearted pup pairs best with a patient, loving human who's ready to let him bloom into the sweet, playful goofball he truly is. Come meet your new favorite bean! Call 707-542-0882 to meet Garbanzo. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Cream Weight: 6.9 Age: 6yrs 0mths 3wks

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Hutch is a  transfer from the SFSPCA. He was a bit overwhelmed by all the city noise and activity. He has settled in at the ranch and is such a sweetheart! This little guy is a true snuggle bug and couldn't be more adorable with his big Chihuahua ears and long graceful legs. Hutch has been with us for many years and is bonded to his kennel mate (brother?) Rickie. He's a senior guy now and has a few health conditions such as arthritis. He's an easy keeper though, and is more like a cat than a dog. He prefers to be indoors or laying in a sunny spot in the yard where it is quiet. He prefers napping to walking these days and is looking for a home with Rickie where he can live out his golden years. All of our animals are up-to-date on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have had a physical exam. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Rickie is a shy guy that loves going for walks. He is even good with kitties! His mix is a mystery as he has long graceful legs and dainty little ears. His personality has really started to shine and he is a goofy little clown that shows his affection by rubbing his head against you. Rickie has been with us for many years and is bonded to his kennel mate (brother?) Hutch. Rickie is an easy keeper and is happy to nap the day away in a cozy or sunny spot. He still enjoys a stroll around the neighborhood and is fine with other dogs, although energetic puppies can be too much for him. Come meet this silly and entertaining little man today! All of our animals are up-to-date on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have had a physical exam. Story
Sweet Pea had a tough beginning. She was pregnant and came from a hoarding situation with horrible living conditions. She was never solicalized, therefore, is completely afraid of strangers.  She has high trust issues. She has warmed up to those of us who care for her. She loves to give kisses to your hand and gets very excited when she sees us, but that's as far as it goes. Her want to feel affection is obvious but her ability to accept it is low. She needs someone with patience, understanding, and  willingness to give her space and time to trust and hopefully one day allow the touch of affection. Adoption fees include: For puppies:  First year's vaccines, including Bordetella, microchip, and deworming.                                                                                                                                                                          Adult dog:     Vaccinations are current, microchip, dewormed and spay/neuter.                                                                                                                                               If you have current pets, we offer a Foster to Adopt Program, in which you have a two week trial period to make sure the animals get along, it's a good fit, and your beginning to bond.                         Countryside Animal Rescue is open Tuesday - Friday 11am to 3pm by appointment only.Appointments can be made by calling 707-542-5582 or emailing countrysiderescuesr@gmail.com.  Please ensure that you receive a confirmation of your appointment before arriving to ensure we are properly staffed for your visit.Drop-In (Without an appointment) Satruday from 11am to 3pm.  We are closed Sunday and Monday.                                                                                                                                                Please complete our online applicationat  : https://forms.gle/PGmGoo2ZoBEtU4D18   ##1952596##
