Location: Sartell, MN Hi! My name is Taco Bell. I am currently looking for my forever family so I thought I would tell you about myself. My best friend right now is a dog named Cass. He loves to play chase as much as I do. He is bigger, I am faster. I try to play with my chihuahua sister Gladys, she doesn't really like to play chase. She just wants to sleep under the blankets all the time, sooooo boring. I live with two human teenagers. They give good pets and treats so I think they are pretty great. I love walks, toys and kongs. I have been on a couple adventures with my family. Mom says good adventures start at caribou with coffee and pups cups. I agree. I sleep in my crate at night without making a sound. My mom says I am doing so much better at going potty outside. My mom says I am a happy little guy. ---------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are a best guess.

Taffy is a very smart and sweet girl. She would be perfect in a calm, dog free home where "her person" is home a lot. However, she is high energy and loves to do speed laps in our big, fenced in back yard. She likes a good game of tug-of-war or fetch, and will do anything for a treat! She does tire quickly, though, and is very happy to lay by you all afternoon, getting snuggles and tummy rubs. She loves a calm, lazy morning, laying in the sun. A gentle, loving person and a few tweeks in her lifestyle, and she will be living her best life! I have been her person for the last 4 1/2 years. I love her so much, and giving her up has been a difficult decision that I have been pondering for more than a year. Our household, which includes 6 cats has become too overstimulating for her. She needs and deserves a better situation than I can provide. Taffy's main goal in life is to be with her person 24/7. She will sleep with you all night, under the covers and be perfectly content.

Hi! I'm Topeka. I am from Alabama. From his foster: Topeka loves everyone, food and attention. He is already crate trained is doing really good with potty training. He is not completely confident on walks yet, cars and noises are scary! He has a great kind, gentle personality. From the Vet: Hi! I'm Topeka! When I was neutered, MNSNAP noticed I had some hair loss so I came to TBB Vet Center for a follow up exam. The Vet said I needed some medicated baths which my future family may need to continue as my skin improves. If the spot grows back with a regimen of medicated baths on its own then now follow up should be needed. Any follow up care for my skin that may be needed after adoption will be the responsibility of my future furever family! :) Skin update. Topeka skin has cleared completed and hair has grown back.

She is also working on going potty outside and focusing her bites on toys, but loves playtime, laying in the sun, and snuggling with her face buried. She is doing well in an apartment setting with another dog, but also enjoys her time outside taking naps. If you are looking for a snuggle buddy, who likes to wake up promptly at 7 (does well in the crate), and can be carried around in a bag, Ghiradeli is the gal for you!

Scarlet is a local owner surrender who is super friendly and loves to play. She has lived with dogs, cats and kids and does fine with everyone. She is 98% housebroken but still uses a potty pad once in a while. She is crate trained and doesn't bark excessively. From her foster: Scarlet is such a sweet, loving girl who is learning to trust and get comfortable in new situations. She loves nothing more than some belly rubs and to be around her people. She has really been enjoying walks as the weather warms up, meal time, and wrestle matches with her small dog foster sis! Scarlet gets a little nervous with new people and situations, but once she has time to adjust she is such a sweetheart! She does well with adults, teens, and older children. She has not been around children under 10 years of age. Scarlet would love a home where her person is around during the day. She gets a little lonely and can bark and howl when left alone. Because of this shared walls are not recommended. Scarlet is potty trained on a regular schedule and has a history of using potty pads and is good about using those on a rainy or extra chilly days!

Hi! I'm Milo! I'm from Arkansas! From his foster: Milo is a sweet silly puppy. He likes playing with toys and his sibling. He often comes up to have a snuggle before taking off to find some puppy fun or will settle next to you and have a nap. He is very much a typical puppy with puppy energy. Potty training is going well on a schedule with frequent let outs. If we miss a cue to go outside he has been pretty good about using a puppy pad. Milo sleeps in his crate at night and is doing well. I work from home so he is not crated too much during the day but we do crate him when we are gone. Milo is a shy pup. He's not going to be the puppy who runs up and greets everyone he meets but we are trying to get him more socialized so he is more comfortable around people he doesn't know. He barks when people approach but settles down after he knows you are ok. I think he would be most happy with another dog in the home or a person who is home more often than not. He is currently pretty mouthy when playing like most puppies but we are working on that and trying to redirect to toys or chews. As a result I think young kids might not be the best fit for Milo. Milo is not super food motivated. We put his food down and he'll eat it when he's ready and it usually takes awhile for him to finish his serving. Milo likes to be outside and likes going for walks. He's doing really well walking on a leash but does pull a bit. Milo has done really well in the car. We have taken him shopping at some dog friendly stores and he has done well. Milo will make a great addition to his forever family! Once you gain his trust is a sweet affectionate boy.
