Cami is a tiny, petite, dog (about 9 pounds).......light as a feather to swoop up into your arms. Are you looking for a small dog? Are you looking for a dog who doesn't need a lot of long walks, but can exercise right in your house by chasing balls? Cami's your girl. Do you want a small dog you can dress up? Cami looks cute in a doggie T-shirt. Do you want a dog that doesn't eat a lot or take up much room in a car? Look no further. If you want only one dog to pour your attention into, Cami's it. She would love to be an only dog. Do you want a young dog? Cami is only about two years old. Have you ever wanted to be the angel who gives a dog a better life? Come to Cami's rescue and fill out an application to meet this cute little sprite. She was picked up as a stray, but is now spayed, cured of heartworms, up to date on vaccines and ready for her forever home. Typical of Chihuahuas, Cami is cautious and nervous with strangers and new situations. When scared, she can be snappy to other dogs or children, so best to be in a home with no children or ones over the age of 10. She is currently doing okay, however, in a home with five other dogs. On leash Cami keeps up a nice pace, but does not pull. She loves a good walk, but at the end of the walk, she races back up the driveway to the gate as she loves to stay close to home (her familiar surroundings). As a dog that probably lived mostly outside, she is slowly being introduced to house manners, and toys. She is already crate trained, and sleeps in her crate all night long. She is not a barker.
