Meet Larry, your gentle, soulful little shadow 💛 Larry came to his foster home a bit unsure of the world, but it didn’t take long for his loving personality to shine. At first, he sought comfort in his crate, then quickly realized how nice it is to have furry friends around and people to love him. Now he happily plays and roams with the other dogs, especially enjoying tug-of-war with Rusty and playful chase games with Savannah. Larry is wonderfully dog-friendly and truly grateful just to be part of the fun. He adores being close to his people and is a top-tier snuggler. He’s happiest curled up in your lap or sleeping beside you all night long. He does have some sensitivity around his neck from past collar wear, so he may be a bit hesitant with collars and leash walking at first, but with patience and gentle handling he continues to gain confidence every day. He’s also learning good house manners and is making steady progress. Still a little shy at first, Larry warms up quickly and forms sweet bonds. And once you look into those beautiful whiskey-colored eyes, you’ll see what everyone means. He has the most expressive, almost human way of looking at you, full of trust and love. rehoming my dog, Scrappy Doo. Scrappy is a three-year-old pup. He is generally quiet lives fruit melon for sure yummy , but he has been showing increasing signs of aggression toward small children and is not comfortable around male figures. We recently had new additions to our household — my mother and my baby boy — and despite my efforts to work with him and give him time to adjust, his behavior has become unsafe for our family environment. I was informed that he experienced abuse in his previous home, and I truly believe this has affected his trust and reactions. I want to make sure he is placed somewhere experienced and appropriate where he can receive the right care and setting for his needs.

Milo was adopted from Austin Pets Alive in January 2022. He was estimated to be about 10 years old at the time. Milo is a tan chihuahua mix who is very affectionate once he knows you, though he can be a little shy around strangers. He is fully house-trained and well-behaved in the home. He has a couple of funny quirks, he tends to bark when people hug or when a ceiling fan chain is pulled. I'm looking for a calm, patient home where he can feel safe, settle in, and receive plenty of love.
