Happy-go-lucky Luke! Sweet little Luke and his brother Duke came from an “accidental” litter. Their mom is a chihuahua, and there dad is, well, anyone’s guess :) Luke’s tail has not stopped wagging since he got to his foster home. He is curious, sweet, and playful. His short little legs give him a wiggly, lowrider strut that’s pure joy to watch. He enjoys playing with other dogs but has not been around cats. He’s done well with people of all ages that he’s met so far, but we are recommending children over 10 since small children can overwhelm small puppies (and vice versa). Story
Kiwi is around 4 Years Old. Currently, she is struggling with the unpredictability of our lives and the needs of our neurodivergent children, which is causing her great stress, and she doesn't deserve any of it. She requires a family that can help integrate her into their lives, as she is great with children and LOVES attention. She needs a quieter household that is free from loud verbal stimming and provides a sense of predictability, preferably a backyard of her own to investigate. Kiwi gets along with medium to smaller dogs, as larger breeds tend to intimidate her. We do not know how she will do with cats, as she is an only dog and there is a cat roaming around the apartments that intrigues her, but she never chases it. She doesn't care for chew toys or toys in general, as she is the ultimate lap dog and would prefer to be a couch potato rather than play fetch. She will love a window to watch the world from, but ultimately cannot stand delivery drivers and the boxes they bring.

We transferred mom and puppies to central Texas where they have been loved and cared for. They are now 8 weeks old and ready for their forever homes. They are all microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed. The adoption fee includes and appointment for their spay/neuter once they are 4 months old. This cost is covered by our rescue. We do not want to spay/neuter these babies when they are so young and small
