Story
Willa is a sweet, smart dog. Good on a leash and well-behaved in the house. No chewing or destructive behaviors. Good with cats, older kids. She likes her beanbag chair, treats, and her daily walk. She goes to doggy daycare once a week where she does well. She's good in the car. However, she is protective with the house and growls at anyone coming in. She is skittish and fearful of new people. She doesn't like the vet to touch her. She needs more training and desensitization than I can give her given my long days and schedule. She has never bitten anyone, but I am concerned that she could out of fear. Strangely, she does great at doggie daycare. I can't take her hiking as she growls at people on the trail. She does warm up to guests in the house over time. I am hoping there is someone with experience working with these behaviors so she can live a long and happy life. She is not on medication. This may be a long shot, but I am hopeful. I just can't meet her needs anymore. Fee neg.

Story
💜 Meet Tiny Tina 💜 Tiny Tina is a guessed 7–8 month old Chihuahua mix (possibly with Dachshund), weighing just 7 pounds and likely staying small. Born into heartbreaking conditions, she is the sole survivor of her litter — and today she’s a gentle, affectionate little girl learning how wonderful life can be. Tina may be shy at first, but with patience, kindness, and a few high-value treats, she blossoms quickly into a cuddly, playful lap companion. She thrives in a calm, loving home with another friendly dog and humans who will help her continue building confidence. Tiny Tina has a soft heart, a bright future, and is ready to find the family she’s been waiting for. ***Visit our website at www.pawsitiverestorations.com to read LOTS more about Tina, watch her videos, and submit an adoption application.
