She’s friendly, loves people, and enjoys being near her humans—especially if cuddles or attention are involved. While Lizzie did give motherhood a brief try, she has made it very clear that her true calling is being the baby, not raising them. She’s much happier focusing on herself, enjoying walks, attention, and living that carefree only-dog or spoiled-pet life. Lizzie would thrive in a home where she can be loved, doted on, and appreciated for who she is: a sweet, sassy little dog who knows exactly what she does (and does not) want out of life. If you’re looking for a small dog with a big heart, a gentle nature, and zero interest in parenting duties—Lizzie is ready to clock out and move in. If you love a Velcro dog, Bingo will absolutely steal your heart. He has a nice, moderate energy level and the perfect mix of playful and snuggly. He enjoys playing and having fun, but he’s just as happy settling in for some cozy cuddle time. Bingo walks great on a leash and is doing very well with both crate training and house training. He’s also wonderfully social and easygoing—Bingo does great with kids, cats, and other dogs. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find his forever home 💙

Georgie is a fun-loving, happy puppy who enjoys playtime and being silly, but he’s just as quick to curl up and fall fast asleep once he’s all tired out. He has such a sweet, affectionate nature and loves being close to his people, whether he’s playing at your feet or snuggled up beside you. He’s a smart little guy and already doing great with house training. Georgie does wonderful with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him an easy addition to most homes. Kyra Sue is a senior Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix (about 8 years old) who’s still figuring things out in the shelter. It’s been a bit overwhelming for her and she can be nervous when first meeting new people. Once she has a little time, you start to see a softer side come through. She is known to hop into a lap when she’s feeling more comfortable and has bursts of interest in play with handlers. It’s clear she wants connection, she just needs to go at her own pace. Kyra Sue will do best in a quiet home without young children, with someone patient who understands that building trust takes time. She’s not the kind of dog who will be immediately outgoing, but with consistency and a calm environment, she has the potential to really blossom. She is currently available as foster-to-adopt while she awaits a needed dental procedure. Our senior adoption fee is $250 (not including tax) which includes each animal fixed, up to date on core vaccines, microchipped, kept on monthly preventions, and dewormed.
