She is quite possibly **one of the sweetest dogs you could ever meet**. Once Lilly trusts you, she loves deeply and wants nothing more than to be close to her person. But there is something important her future family needs to understand: **Lilly is scared. Really scared.** New people, unfamiliar places, sudden movement, noise, and changes in her surroundings can overwhelm her. Her first instinct is not aggression—it is to **run, hide, and make herself disappear until she feels safe**. That means Lilly does not need someone who expects her to become their best friend in five minutes. She needs someone patient enough to let **her decide when five minutes becomes five days—or five weeks.** And when she finally comes to you on her own? That trust will mean everything. Lilly would do best in a **quiet, predictable home** with adults or calm older children who understand that frightened dogs cannot be rushed. A securely fenced yard and careful handling around doors would be especially important because a frightened little dog can bolt before anyone realizes what happened. Peter is 6 pounds . They're both very bonded and can't be without each other .Their both males and the bigger one is bonded very much with his brother/friend. They are shy and scared at first but warm up quickly to people. Loud noises scare them big dogs scare them at first but once they meet them they are good. They are good with smaller dogs and cats. They love food!!! They are using pee pads as of night now and they use a doggie door during the day. They're up to date on all their medical neutered and microchipped. She will be a great companion as an only dog or with another playful pup. Haven has been fine with the cats in her foster home.
