Rowan's fate was what we fear for all dogs. His owner died and the family didn't want him. But, Rowan came to us in rescue, and we're sure we'll find him a permanent home, his furever home. Rowan is a 5-year-old Dachshund mix weighing 18 pounds. He's good with other dogs as well as his foster mom's cat! We aren't sure about small children.
