(Dallas, Texas) What's Ramona? Part chow chow? Part shepherd? Part wrottie? Part Airedale terrier? Your guess is as good as ours, but we are SO sure that Ramona's 100% darling, gentle, sweet and playful with other pups. A few months ago(and more than 30 pounds ago), Ramona was found roaming W Dallas all by her lonesome. The Good Samaritan who picked her up tried to find her original owners and when they couldn't, they tried to integrate her into their family. However, their original dogs thought that idea was absurd and they're getting more and more aggressive about it. So, Ramona has surrendered to AF. Ramona now is about 8 months old, 45-50 pounds, and vaccinations up to date and spayed. We think Ramona will be a large dog, 60+ pounds, and will be an amazingly sweet and gentle girl to a loving family. June 3, 2023, 1:35 pm

What breed of dog is  Ramona? Part chow-chow? Part shepherd? Part rottie? Part Airedale terrier? Your guess is as good as ours!. All we can say for sure is she's 100% darling and in need of a forever family. A couple of months (and 20 pounds ago haha) Ramona was found roaming W Dallas all by her lonesome. The Good Samaritan who picked her up tried to find her original owners and when they couldn't, they tried to integrate her into their family. However, their original dogs thought that idea was absurd and they're getting more and more aggressive about it. So, Ramona is now in a safe foster spot until she finds the perfect home (Yours?)  . She is now (March 27) about 4 months old and  28 pounds. We think Ramona will be a large dog, 60+ pounds. Get in touch if you think she may be a match! If you feel your home might be the right place for this wonderful dog, the place to start is with the adoption application found at www.dfwrescueme.org/adopt.  Once submitted, the foster will contact you to tell you more, and to arrange a meeting! The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00, which includes their vaccinations and spay/neuter. Ramona is participating in the DFW Rescue Me Guest Dog Program, so custody and ongoing care are provided by the foster, not by DFWRM.May 30, 2023, 10:39 pm

Hi, I am Bruce and am I ready for my forever family! Just look at my adorable freckles! (: I love to play with all kinds of toys and have tons of energy so I will need an active family. After I get it all out though, I make a great snuggler. I am also dog friendly with proper introduction, but I would do best as an only dog as I struggle with dominance. I do not like cats. I am crate trained and I know my basic commands too! And, I'm doing better on the leash every day. I would do best in a home with older children, due to my energy level. Bruce was born in November 2018 and is located at the rescue.
