Little guy is a special little guy I removed him from my ex husbands home because there was way to many dogs there and little guy was not getting the love and attention he needs he is a year old loves to play and loves to play with his toys and his little sister which I also currently have he is very hyper and happy he has never really been socialized with other people or other animals so that will be a little bit of an adjustment he is very loving and a very good smart dog I work 7 days a week 10+ hours and live on the third floor so he is pad trained but will catch on real fast if taken outside and trained to go potty outside I love him so much and feel guilty about my hours so I feel it’s best to find someone that will love him as much as I do and is home with him to give him lots of attention oh and he has to sleep with you and he loves to sleep under the blankets touching you lol please help me give him a loving home thank you so much hope to hear from you soon

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet  Mowie , a charming Chihuahua/Terrier mix with a survival story as cool as the storm he escaped!   Born around  August 4, 2024 , and weighing in at a sturdy  15.9 pounds , Mowie is the definition of a "tough guy with a heart of gold." He was discovered hanging around the guard shack at  Randolph AFB  just as a major ice storm was rolling in. The kind-hearted guards had been sharing their lunches with him to keep him going, but they knew he needed a warm hearth to survive the freeze.   Mowie is a truly great boy who is ready to trade base security for home security. He does have one quirky "occupational hazard": he’s a bit of a serial humper when it comes to other dogs, which hasn't always won him friends at the park. However, he was  recently neutered , and we are optimistic that this will help him keep his "enthusiasm" in check as his hormones settle down.   Mowie’s Stats: Birthday:  ~08/04/2024 (approx. 1.5 years old) Weight:  15.9 lbs Background:  Air Force Base veteran & lunch-sharing expert Personality:  Resilient, social, and brave If you’re looking for a loyal companion who has been "cleared for duty," Mowie is your man! After working through demodex mange, Chica has finally recovered and is ready to start the next chapter of her life: finding a loving family to call her own! Chica is a young girl with a big personality and plenty of energy to share! She's spunky, sweet, and affectionate, with lots of happy jumps and excitement. Chica has a playful spirit and gets along great with all the dogs she meets. She loves making new friends and is always ready to encourage her canine companions to join in on the fun!  Chica does still give playful puppy bites, something to keep in mind with young children. It's her way of showing she wants to play! Chica has never lived in a home before, so she'll need a family willing to help her learn the ropes. Basic training and potty training will be important parts of her journey, and she'll need patience, consistency, and lots of positive reinforcement as she adjusts to her new life. Learning these new skills can take time, so her family should be ready to give her the understanding and encouragement she needs to succeed.  Chica's adoption fee is $300. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and current on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.
