FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Brandy! Brandy is a 3-year-old, 35 lb Puggle/Shepherd mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. She is a truly sweet and loving girl who is still learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. Brandy is on the shy side and can be a bit skittish at first, especially in new environments or around loud noises. She’ll need a patient, understanding home that can provide her with a consistent routine, gentle guidance, and the time she needs to build confidence at her own pace. Once Brandy feels safe and comfortable, her personality really shines. She becomes quirky, spunky, goofy, and silly with her people ~ a total “goober” who brings lots of joy and laughs to those she trusts. She’s done great with other dogs and would love to have a confident canine companion in the home to help her continue gaining confidence. She’s also done well with people, though we feel she’d do best in a home without young children due to her sensitivity to sudden noises and commotion. Brandy has not been tested with cats. Brandy would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a medium-sized dog with a soft heart and a big personality waiting just beneath the surface! Brandy is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.

She and her three siblings were rescued along with their devoted momma from a backyard breeder who, until a kind-hearted Good Samaritan stepped in, refused to spay or neuter his dogs. Thanks to that intervention, this little family is now on the path to a better life—full of love, not litters. At just a few months old, Ramona is all puppy! She’s curious, goofy, and full of energy. She adores playing with her siblings and toys, snuggling up for nap time, and giving her people lots of love. Did we mention she’s a total snack enthusiast? You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Voight is a tough and lucky guy.   Born around April 2025, this 7.6-pound male chihuahua was scheduled to arrive at the shelter as part of a seizure of dogs from a challenging living situation. While he was being unloaded, he escaped and spent the next five days running the countryside.  He was finally trapped when he got hungry.  Turns out he is quite the friendly little man.  He just wanted an adventure.  He learned the error of his ways and has decided he likes getting his meals on time and sleeping in a warm bed.  This handsome boy is looking for a patient and loving family who can help him continue to build his confidence and show him the world is a wonderful place.
