Stitch is a beautiful and calm senior cockapoo who is looking for her forever home. She was found running as a stray on July 4th, terrified of the fireworks, and looking for a place to hide. She loves her walks and her person and will sit next to you all day long. She would do best as an only dog with a mature adult. Little Maisie is such a sweetheart, but it does take time for her to warm up to new people. She had a rough start with the wrong human and carries some trauma from her previous experience. She is doing well now at her foster home but a new home will have to provide some adjustment, patience and structure. She loves people but would not be suitable for a home with children or seniors; she's okay with other dogs. She loves to go on walks and snuggle beside you once you earn her trust. He walks well on a leash and is ready for his own home. He is almost 1 year and is 16 lbs. He went to the vet today. He was cleared and he is readtmy to go. He grew up in a home with other dogs and children. He is now up to date on vaccines and ready for a home of his own. The only way we show a dog. Is by first emailing us at animalprayers@gmail.com and requesting an application. After that we do ask 24 hour to review. If your application is approved. We will contact you to meet the dog.

When she arrived, she was heartbreakingly shut down—her fur painfully matted, covered in debris, and too scared to even lift her head. She curled into the smallest ball she could make, hoping the world would simply leave her alone. She wouldn’t come forward to greet anyone; she had lost trust, and she had lost hope. At just 30 lbs, she’s still gaining weight after refusing to eat in the shelter from fear and confusion. But despite everything she’s endured, Butterscotch is quietly, bravely learning to live again. In her foster home, she’s slowly opening up. She has discovered that gentle hands are safe, soft voices are comforting, and she now allows volunteers to pet her with a sweetness that melts your heart. She is still early in her journey—learning what love feels like, learning how to walk on a leash, learning that she matters. Butterscotch lights up around other dogs. At 11–12 years old and just under 15 pounds, this resilient senior is looking for a foster or forever home where he can spend his golden years in comfort. While Gimpy navigates the world with limited sight and hearing, he makes up for it with a heart full of curiosity. He is a professional lounger who loves a good nap, but he’s also an "explorer" at heart, happily sniffing his way around new spaces. The Deets on Gimpy: Easy-Going:  He is incredibly low-maintenance and sweet. Social:  He coexists peacefully with other dogs and would likely be fine with cats.
