Teddy is a 6-year-old male Cockapoo. My brother got him when he was a puppy. Unfortunately, my brother passed away, and since then our family has been working a lot and hasn’t been able to give him the time and attention he deserves. Teddy has a best friend named Cali, a 9-year-old female Maltipoo, and they’ve been together for years. Because they’re very bonded, we would really prefer that they go to a new home together. Both dogs were originally acquired as puppies and have grown up in a home environment. We’re looking for a loving, stable home where they will receive plenty of attention, care, and companionship. Ideally, the new owner would have the time to keep them active, give them affection, and allow them to stay together as they are very attached to each other. Wills is a lovely little guy, about 3 years old. I rescued him off the street but cannot keep him as I already have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I had found adopters who had him for several months, but it failed for a number of reasons. He needs to be in a home with another pet; he does so much better when he has another dog to pal around with. He would also do much better in a house and NOT an apartment. The reason for this is his "guard dog" instincts cause him to bark whenever he hears anyone at or near the front door. He is a very loving little one and loves being around people. He prefers to be indoors and does well when he is outdoors for a limited amount of time. While he loves being around other dogs, he doesn't like "sharing" food. When feeding, he should be separated from his pals, even if it's just a few feet. He has no aggressive tendencies at all. He is truly a wonderful cuddle bug.

Sadly, Violet was found as a stray and ended up in a shelter, where no one ever came to reclaim her. When she arrived, her coat was painfully overgrown and severely matted, so she had to be shaved down. Now shes feeling so much better and is ready for the fresh start she truly deserves. Violet is as sweet as they come. She loves everyone she meets, gets along beautifully with other dogs, and has a gentle, affectionate personality that makes her a wonderful companion. Shes happiest simply being close to her people and soaking up all the love and attention she can get. Violet recently had successful corrective surgery for cherry eye. She will need daily eye drops for the rest of her life, but shes an excellent patient and takes her medication without fuss. She appears to be house-trained, although, like any dog settling into a new home, she may need a little patience and consistency as she adjusts to her new routine. Violet would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time, making her an ideal companion for a retiree or someone who works from home.
