He warms up quickly once trust is established. -He takes daily over-the-counter medication for his allergies. -Louie is still learning to tolerate the vet and the groomer. He takes medication prior to those appointments. -Louie has a cataract in one eye, but that doesn't slow him down! -A cozy spot at the foot of the bed is Louie’s happy place at bedtime. -Cats are too exciting for Louie–that prey-drive is strong. -He enjoys a yard and dog-door access for sunbathing and playtime. Personality -Louie Suds is the perfect combination of play, party, and rest. He enjoys his morning romp followed by a chill day as WFH supervisor. -He loves affection but isn’t overly needy. He’s content to share space without being in your face. -Louie finds certain things scary and will respond defensively. Therefore, he responds better to older children and adults who respect his concerns and work with him. -He will thrive with gentle love, consistent routine, and patience as he settles into the loving pup he wants to be. Are You Perfect for Louie Suds? Louie Suds’s adoption fee is $550. He is HW-negative, current on vaccinations and HW/flea preventatives, neutered, and microchipped. This is the sweetest boy! He is insanely cuddly. Started out with a bit of separation anxiety but foster has been working with him and is getting better day by day. May do better with a family that is home more. He takes a minute to warm up to other dogs but loves them once he does. Same with people, he is scared at first but attaches quickly. Adorable cocker spaniel. He is young and so beautiful. Sweet boy. Owner surrendered to the rescue due to family being evicted. He needed to be neutered and had a cherry eye but recovered quickly.
