I need to re-home my Mother's dog due to her failing health. His name is Charlie, he's 10 years old (2 pics ATTACHED), and he's an Cocker Spaniel. I cannot have pets in the Apartment Building I'm currently living in, else I would take care of Charlie myself. 1. Do You require his vaccination & health records ? 2. Do You have availability for him right now ? 3. My phone # is (xxx) xxx-xxxx . Anthony Turley

Story
Meet Bella! Bella is a beautiful 4-year-old, 30-pound chocolate Cocker Spaniel with a gentle heart and a sweet nature. She gets along well with other dogs and is making progress with her potty training. Bella loves spending time outdoors, enjoys car rides, and is happiest when she can simply be near her people. While she is still shy and skittish in new situations, she is slowly learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. Bella will thrive in a calm, quiet home with patient adopters who can give her the time, understanding, and TLC she needs to build confidence. With kindness and consistency, Bella has all the potential to blossom into a wonderful and devoted companion. Bella is fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $450.00. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Story
Lucy Lou🐾, a 5-year old, 17lb Cocker Spaniel who is learning to feel safe & loved with family. Lucy Lou is a shy, gentle girl who is still getting used to trusting humans. Lucy Lou is a little nervous to be held & cuddled, but with time & patience, she is sure to melt your heart. She gets along well with other dogs but hasn’t been around cats. Lucy Lou would fit best with older children as she continues to build her confidence. Lucy Lou is crate trained, working on house training but is kept on a consistent schedule in her foster home. Leash training is still a work in progress. Lucy Lou loves being free in a fenced back yard to explore at her own pace. Because she didn’t have a good diet earlier in life, Lucy Lou has had multiple teeth extracted. Lucy Lou has a sister named Darcy. If you’re looking for a lovely sister duo, consider applying for both so they can continue their journey together. Lucy Lou is looking for a patient home, that will give her time to blossom. With a little understanding and a lot of love, Lucy Lou will ultimately be your best friend for life. Lucy Lou is fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $450.00. Story
Darcy 🐾, a 5-year old, 20lb Cocker Spaniel who is learning what it means to feel safe & loved with family. Darcy has come so far in her confidence & trust in humans since she’s been in foster. She allows being picked up (especially when there are pets involved), and is making steady progress as she learns that people can be kind. She gets along well with other dogs but hasn’t been around cats. Darcy would be a fun addition to all kiddos! She is crate trained, and working on house training. If you want to go for a walk, Darcy will eagerly wait by the door for you as she walks on a leash like a pro. She loves running around a fenced yard and has recently learned the fun of stuffed toys. She will also entertain you with a cute little hop in her run! Because she didn’t have a good diet earlier in life, Darcy has had multiple teeth extracted, but has no problem scarfing down her food. Darcy has a sister named Lucy Lou. If you’re looking for a lovely sister duo, consider applying for both so they can continue their journey together. With a little understanding and a lot of love, this sweet girl will reward you with quiet companionship, gentle affection, and the joy of watching her confidence continue to grow. Story
Rosie is the sweetest, most loving dog. She’s an 8-year-old cocker spaniel. We got her when our older kids were home, but they’ve moved out and we have busy schedules.Rosie is crate trained and potty trained, but she reverts to old behaviors when in a new environment (having accidents inside, panicking and trying to escape crate). She’s anxious and has separation anxiety, so the crate is scary for her. We recently tried to rehome her, but there wasn’t enough time for her to get adjusted. With love and patience, she can get accustomed to the crate and will potty outside only. She needs someone who can spend lots of time with her while she adjusts.Rosie takes daily allergy meds and gets groomed once every 1-2 weeks. She has a long history of ear infections, and she gets regular check-ups at the vet. She does great with kids and lived with other dogs/cats as a puppy. As Rosie gets comfy, she’ll be a chill couch potato and snuggler! She loves to play too, and Rosie has so much love to give.
