He is a playful pup, and enjoys playing with toys and hanging out in the backyard (weather allowing). You will know he's happy because he wags his tail like crazy. Littleman is a special needs pup, and will need someone to commit to him for a lifetime as he has neurological involvement, and is unable to walk. This handsome boy was trained to work cattle and takes his job seriously—herding them from pasture to pasture and keeping a watchful eye to make sure everyone is safe and well-fed. He’s the kind of dog who thrives outdoors, happiest when the sun’s on his back and the land stretches out around him. Johnny is incredibly friendly with people and gets along great with other dogs. He’s currently undergoing heartworm treatment using the gentle, slow-kill method and is no longer contagious. He’s still got plenty of life and love to give! Important Notes: Johnny is not a fan of cats (he’ll chase them!) and chickens are a no-go (he sees them as snacks 😬).
