Story
Gentle Heart, Curious Mind — Meet Ella Ella is a soft, sweet girl with a gentle spirit and the most adorable little curly tail. She may be a bit shy at first, but her friendliness shines through once she feels comfortable. She approaches the world with quiet curiosity and a whole lot of heart. Ella enjoys the company of other dogs and tends to be polite and submissive, happily letting her canine friends take the lead (and sometimes even the toys!). She’s been wonderful with other dogs in her home and is friendly with new people, warming up at her own pace. While she hasn’t spent much time with young kids yet, her calm, gentle temperament suggests she’d do well with respectful children. Ella loves being outside - digging, rolling in the grass, and chasing balls around the yard (bringing them back is still a work in progress!). One of her cutest quirks is her love of collecting toys and piling them all into her bed like treasured belongings. She already knows her name and has learned “sit” and “spin,” especially when Pupperoni treats are involved. Ella will thrive with a family that can keep her both physically and mentally engaged through exercise, enrichment, and positive training. She's a tender, playful soul who’s still figuring things out - but she’s eager to learn and full of potential. With patience, structure, and love, she’s sure to blossom into an incredibly loyal and loving companion. 💕

Story
Introducing Littleman, a handsome and adorable Collie mix. Littleman does great in his playpen, and is fine when you want to run errands worry-free. He is a playful pup, and enjoys playing with toys and hanging out in the backyard (weather allowing). You will know he's happy because he wags his tail like crazy. Littleman is a special needs pup, and will need someone to commit to him for a lifetime as he has neurological involvement, and is unable to walk. But he still gets around and commando crawls to get where he is going. He really enjoys going out in his doggy stroller for walks. Do you have a big heart, and a fur-ever home to give to Littleman? Come meet Littleman today, he would love to wag his tail at you!

Story
Meet Quiche 💛🐾 Some dogs wear their hearts on their sleeves. Quiche wears hers quietly—and once you're part of her circle, it's one of the sweetest gifts you'll ever receive. This beautiful girl is the definition of a loyal companion. Her foster describes her as polite, smart, loving, and deeply devoted, and it's easy to see why everyone who gets to know her falls in love. 🥰 Quiche's favorite place in the world? Right next to her person. Whether you're working from home, relaxing on the couch, or making your morning coffee, she'll happily settle at your feet just to be close. She has a gentle way of checking in with you throughout the day, quietly reminding you that you're never alone. 💕 One of her foster's favorite moments is waking up to Quiche's enthusiastic tail wags and sweet morning kisses—a daily reminder of just how much she loves her people. Quiche is also a smart cookie! 🍪 She's highly food-motivated (especially if peanut butter is involved), enjoys learning new things, and is eager to please. Gentle praise, tasty treats, and positive reinforcement go a long way with this wonderful girl. Some of Quiche's favorite things include: ✔️ Spending quality time with her favorite humans 🥰 ✔️ Peanut butter treats 🥜 ✔️ Learning new tricks and earning snacks 🎓 ✔️ Soft pets and quiet companionship 💕 ✔️ Chasing a tennis ball before settling in for cuddles 🎾 Quiche has been making wonderful progress building confidence, too. She's participated in confidence-building outings, explored new environments, met new people, and even conquered the treadmill during an enrichment session! Every new experience helps her realize the world is a little less scary, and she's becoming braver every day. 🌟 She'll thrive with an adopter who appreciates a calmer pace of life and understands that trust is something special to build. Once Quiche knows you're her person, she forms an incredibly strong bond and wants nothing more than to spend her days by your side. Her ideal home would offer: 🏡 A calm, predictable environment 💕 Plenty of quality time together 🎾 Opportunities to continue building confidence through fun adventures and positive experiences 🍖 Lots of peanut butter rewards for a job well done! If you're looking for a loyal best friend who will greet you with happy tail wags, gentle affection, and unconditional love, Quiche may be the perfect addition to your family. She isn't just looking for a home—she's looking for her person, and she can't wait to find them. 🐾✨

Story
We had to downsize our home and are not able to keep her anymore. We picked her up from the Humane Society in 2019. She stays outside because of her shedding although she does seem to be house broken (when we kept her in during cold weather). She has quite a bit of energy, although she is around 7 years old and mellowing a little with time. She is great with kids and, after she gets to know other dogs, very good with them, although she likes to be in charge.

Story
Max is a 5-month-old puppy with a friendly and playful personality. He enjoys playing, being around people, and has lots of energy. He is current on his rabies vaccination, deworming, and flea/tick prevention (Bravecto). He has not bitten anyone and is still young, so he will continue to benefit from training and socialization. I am looking for a loving, stable home where he will receive plenty of attention, exercise, and patience as he grows. This decision is due to changes in my family circumstances and is not because of any fault of Max's. He deserves a family that can give him the time and consistency he needs.

Story
One morning in May of 2025, we found Byron in a busy intersection at Howard and Gregg in Pflugerville. He was emaciated, patchy, dirty, and so sad. We took him to the vet and started our journey to getting him healthy and happy. They said he was 6 months old at the time, and weighed 22lbs. Right after finding Byron, we found out we were going to be having a baby. Over the last year, we have worked hard to address his allergies, put weight on him, and help his hair grow back. He's looking and feeling great! Unfortunately, there have been three separate instances of him getting aggressive with small children. It struck us incredibly odd, because he's such a sweet dog with us and our older children. We recently learned he's blind in his right eye, so we think what has happened is they've caught him off guard. Regardless, we can't risk it with our new baby. We have to find this sweet pup a new home.Byron is a lazy lay-arounder. He is home alone A LOT, and is never destructive or anxious.
