Story
Billie is a sweet, loyal girl who has blossomed beautifully in foster care. While she may be a little shy when meeting new people, all she really needs is a little patience, a few treats, and some time to realize you’re a friend. Once she trusts you, Billie becomes the ultimate companion—following you from room to room, curling up beside you at bedtime, and filling your days with unconditional love.At a svelte 37 pounds, she’s the perfect size for a home or an apartment. Billie has been living with another dog in her foster home and has been an excellent canine companion. She loves to play, wrestle, chase, and be chased, and she’s happy to share toys and engage in friendly games of tug-of-war. She would likely thrive in a home with another playful dog, but she would also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only best friend. An active girl, Billie enjoys daily walks and outdoor adventures. She’s wonderful on leash, enjoys exploring the neighborhood, and rides beautifully in the car. One of her favorite car ride habits is resting her head on her person’s arm while watching the world go by—a guaranteed heart-melter.Billie is house-trained, non-destructive, and has proven she can be trusted at home while her people are away. She’s eager to please, highly treat-motivated, and continues to gain confidence every day. While she may bark briefly when visitors arrive, she settles quickly and warms up even faster when treats are involved. Especially CHEESE!Billie loves activity and engagement, but is content to curl up under the desk and snooze as her person works. She’d do best with a family that can provide regular exercise, playtime, and companionship. She has lots of energy for fun but an equally impressive capacity for snuggles once the day is done. The best thing about Billie is her heart. Beneath her initially cautious exterior is an incredibly loving, devoted dog who forms deep bonds with her people. If you’re willing to give her a little time to settle in, she’ll reward you with a lifetime of loyalty, affection, and companionship.Billie is ready to find the forever home she deserves. Could that be with you? Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Black Weight: 37 Age: 2yrs 4mths 2wks

Meet Batman!Batman is a 1½-year-old bundle of love, energy, and personality who is looking for his forever family!Batman lost the only family he has ever known due to a move. Once Batman trusts you, he is incredibly affectionate and thrives on attention, cuddles, and playtime. His favorite things include fetch, tug-of-war, wrestling with dog friends, squeaky toys, walks, and chasing around the yard. He’s playful, goofy, and always ready to have fun, but he also has a sweet snuggly side and happily curls up for lap time with the people he loves. He gets along well with other dogs. Batman can be shy or nervous around unfamiliar people at first, but once he feels safe, his loving personality shines through.Batman is neutered, healthy, house-trained, and used to family life. He’s described as loving, playful, smart, and highly trainable — the kind of dog who bonds deeply with his people and wants to be involved in everything they do.If you’re looking for a fun-loving, affectionate young dog with a big heart and lots of potential, Batman may be the perfect addition to your family! Story
Hi. We've lived in the Hill Country for the past 8 years, and every year, abandoned dogs find their way to our home—wounded, scared, and exposed to predators like coyotes, hawks, and wild cats. From the beginning, we’ve opened our hearts and protected many. This November, 5 more arrived. We’ve done our best, but we can’t keep them all—we’ve already adopted two. This sweet girl came recently. The vet says she’s about 1 and half year old and was already SPAYED. She’s deeply affectionate, loyal, and simply wants love and safety. If something in your heart feels ready, this is a beautiful chance to give her the home she deserves.. We can meet halfway if needed. Thank you for helping us give this loving soul a second chance! ❤️
