He is a playful pup, and enjoys playing with toys and hanging out in the backyard (weather allowing). You will know he's happy because he wags his tail like crazy. Littleman is a special needs pup, and will need someone to commit to him for a lifetime as he has neurological involvement, and is unable to walk.
