Small but mighty! This little Girl with her pups were found in the Mohave County Animal Shelter in Kingman AZ. The pups have found their forever homes, so now it is mom's turn to do tthe same. She is a sweetheart, but the shelter was very scary for her and she is learning to trust again. ##2308572##

Momma is a Chiweenie but no idea what the father(s) were! Looks like maybe some spaniel though.  So it is a mystery on how they will turn out :)  'Hello, I am a young and curious puppy with a lot of love to give! I am very affectionate and love to cuddle up with my human friends. I am also very friendly. I am a very playful and funny and  love to make my human friends laugh. I am also a smart puppy and I am highly trainable. I was rescued along with my mommy and brothers and sisters when I was just 3 days old, My eyes were not even open yet!  My momma is a 13 lb Chiweenie. But I don't know what or who my daddy was. So I am a mix of different breeds, and I am sure I will grow up to be a a super doggy. I am just 9 weeks old, so I am still a baby and have a lot of energy. I would love to go to a forever home where I can get a lot of love and attention. If you are looking for a fun and furry addition to your family, look no further! This is Henry. Ive had him since he was 4 months old, and he is currently 10 months old (DOB: 2/20/2025). He is an amazing dog with a charming, enthusiastic, independent, and very affectionate personality. Henry weighs around 17lbs and is fed twice a day. He enjoys two 30-minute walks daily and thrives on routine and attention. Unfortunately, due to changes in my work and daily schedule, Im no longer able to provide the long-term care he deserves. Im hoping to find Henry a loving forever home, ideally with someone who has experience with Dachshunds. Im located in San Diego, CA, and am focused on finding the right fit for him. Henry is great with other dogs both big and small and loves people, including children. He's a fast learner who responds extremely well to treats and positive reinforcement. He is housebroken, harness- and leash-trained, knows several basic commands, has worked with a professional trainer and is very eager to please.
