Story
Meet Toad🐾 — an 8-year-old brown Dachshund looking for his forever home. Since going into foster care, Toad has learned to go potty outside and has made amazing progress walking on a leash. He loves soft food, cozy naps on the couch (especially in your lap), and will happily follow you around the house making the cutest little noises. Toad is incredibly sweet with kids and enjoys gentle belly tickles, even though he’s still learning how to play with toys. He also loves going on walks and being by your side. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion, Toad is truly the best company you could ask for 💛

Story
The person who takes Parker home will quickly realize that he believes the best kind of love is the one that grows slowly, with patience and effort. He prefers to make sure you're worth his time before just offering it up. and don't assume you're qualified just yet, he may be a dog, but he still has standards! Parker does best when he has a space of his own to decompress, preferably in a quiet, low-traffic area, so he can observe and learn that the world around him isn't quite so scary after all! While he prefers room service and a comfy bed, we think we can convince him to lower the bar. Just slightly though. Every great team has something to work on — for you and Parker, it will be earning each other's trust. He's a lot of love in a little package, and once he decides you've made the cut, you'll wonder how you ever lived without your tiny shadow! Soo what are you waiting for?!
