Meet Delta 🌸 Delta is a 7-year-old female Dachshund/Jack Russell mix weighing just 14 pounds, and she is an absolute sweetheart. Delta has a gentle, loving personality and enjoys being part of whatever is going on around her. She’s affectionate without being demanding and makes a wonderful companion for both quiet evenings and everyday routines. She loves car rides and would love the chance to get out and explore the world with you. Delta is well past the puppy stage and has settled into being a calm, well-mannered girl. She does great with kids, other dogs, and cats, making her an easy addition to a variety of households. Delta’s sweet nature and friendly spirit make her a joy to be around, and she’s ready to bring love and companionship to her forever home.

Meet Merle! This old buddy is 10-11 years old and 35ish lbs. he’s a chill old guy who’s excellent with dogs and cats. He’s low maintenance as they come and the only hitch is he doesn’t have 100% control over his bladder. He happily wears a belly band though so we can’t complain. If you’re looking for an easy going senior companion, this is your guy. Merle is part of our Senior Soulmate Program. If he is adopted by a senior citizen, a generous donor will sponsor his adoption fee, and he will come with six months of heart worm protection.  All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. Jazzie is a doll. She is a sweet female wire haired silver dapple dachshund. She doesn’t mind going potty outside in the rain, and likes to be near you. Her favorite things are being fussed over and laying in the bed with you. She was used as a breeder for a puppy mill, so she is experiencing everything for the first time and really blossoming. She weights 18.2 pounds, and her birthday is 3/7/19. Fun fact - wire haired dachshunds don’t mind the rain because their coat protects them from feeling wet. Chewy is a female silver dapple dachshund who came into the rescue when her elderly female owner died. Her favorite things are snuggling with you on your lap and in the bed. She hasn’t had much exposure, so she is learning how to be a dog, how to interact with other dogs and men. Everything is new for the first time. Chewy weighs 14.4 pounds, and her birthday is 6/3/22.
