Misha is estimated to be about 1 year old and is a beautiful Dalmatian/Cattle Dog mix with an incredibly loving personality. Misha was found dumped in a field in the Central Valley alongside her mom and her mom’s newborn puppies. Despite everything she’s been through, she is one of the sweetest, most affectionate dogs you could ever meet. Misha is deaf, but she is incredibly smart and already knows hand signals for come, no, and sit. She is eager to learn, very tuned in to her people, and picks things up quickly. She absolutely loves people and is especially wonderful with kids. She is also great with other dogs, rides beautifully in the car, and is potty trained. Misha is a medium-energy dog who enjoys a good walk and some playtime, but what she really loves most is being close to her person. She is happiest curled up beside you, soaking up affection, and being part of whatever the family is doing. Misha would make an amazing family dog for someone looking for a loyal, gentle, affectionate companion. She is spayed and up to date on all vaccines and ready to find the family who will love her forever.

After a year of waiting and a few moves along the way, she may be a little shy at first — but give her a moment, and you’ll discover the sweetest, goofiest soul, calm, gentle, and overflowing with quiet love. Lately she's been way less scared at loud noises, traffic etc, and even learned how to use the dog door! She’s also wonderfully easy to live with — potty trained, great on leash, a champion car-ride companion, dog-friendly with pups of all sizes, and a very low barker. Her dream day? Curling up in a cozy bed and soaking in the peace. Holly would thrive in a relaxed home with older kids or adults. Her forever home would just need to give her time to adjust and she will prove to be the easiest dog. For the right family, she’ll be the most loyal, soothing presence you could ask for.

Lulu Belle came to us extremely shy, however less than a week in foster care with other dogs she came out of her shell, more so every day, step by step she chose her safety and comfort zone, next thing we knew she was curled up on a dog bed on the couch! Lulu will put herself in a crate and likely it will make transitioning into a new home easier having a crate as an option - even with the door open... She is getting more comfortable on leash and out in the (suburban) world, she rides fine in a car, settling down pretty well. She came from the rural Central Valley so loud urban environments or new things like the beach (highly unlikely she has seen the ocean!) should be put on hold until she has climatized well to new surroundings and people. And she needs security, a safe haven in the world. She will climb onto your lap for love. Once she feels comfortable she will follow you around the house and out to a yard and she has starting to play well with other dogs, and liking toys alot! She is a chow hound for good treats... but Lulu Belle is a NO GO for a home with cats.
