Story
Misha is an exceptionally sweet 3–4 month old Dalmatian mix puppy who currently weighs about 20 pounds. We estimate she’ll be around 45–55 pounds full grown, though of course that’s just our best guess. Misha came to us with her mom, Daphne, who had just given birth to newborn puppies. We believe Misha may be Daphne’s daughter from a previous litter. Sadly, this whole little family was dumped in the Central Valley, but Misha hasn’t let her rough start dim her beautiful spirit. This girl is pure sweetness. The minute you even look at her, she melts into wiggly-butt tail wags. She is affectionate, loving, gentle, and eager to connect with people. She’s also submissive with other dogs and has such a soft, lovely nature. Misha is truly one of the sweetest little pups you could meet. She’s ready for a family who will give her the love, security, training, and happy puppy life she deserves.

*available in mid-August when her puppies are 8-weeks-old* Daphne is a 2.5 year old Dalmatian mama dog who is currently raising and nursing her litter of puppies, showing just how nurturing and attentive she is. She carries herself with a calm, gentle presence and has a naturally sweet, loving personality that makes her easy to be around. With people, Daphne is soft and affectionate. Once she gets her pets and rubs, she’s perfectly content to settle in and just enjoy the moment by your side. She’s relaxed, mellow, and easy going, the kind of steady, comforting dog who brings a peaceful energy into any home.

Story
Atlas showed up on our front porch as a 8-10 week old stray puppy. Atlas is Dalmatian (50%) + GSD (~30%) + Sib. Husky (~20%) mix and therefore is brilliant, driven and loyal. He thrives with a lot of exercise and stimulation, area to roam and play (large, fenced in yard/land) and someone that can give him strong leadership, direction and boundaries. He also has a keen prey drive and loves to hunt/eat gophers. Atlas is great around most people and dogs (good on leash/at parks), however Atlas struggles with resource guarding food and has grown to be territorial his home/bed. We have worked with multiple trainers but Atlas still displays occasional aggressive behaviors that we can no longer manage in our highly social home (happy to disclose his full record of incidents). Atlas needs someone who has a lot of experience training/managing reactive dogs, ideally lives without kids or small dogs (Atlas is not a "family dog") and can give him all the guidance and love he deserves.
