Piper is 8 years old and very shy. She was rescued from a shelter about 6 years ago. Piper’s owner (my mother) is moving in to an assisted living apartment and is not able to have Piper. Piper is very sweet and deserves a patient loving home. She is very low key, low maintenance and does well on a leash and does well in a fenced yard.

Story
Ox is the sweetest boy. I have had him since he was a puppy. He turns 5 on Oct 5 of this year (currently 4). He has not had any health issues and has never showed signs of aggression. He is good with our daughter, other people, and other dogs. Ox has also been through formal training, so he knows how to heal etc. I am heart broken to be looking to rehome Ox. Ox has A LOT of energy. We are currently pregnant with another baby and he just does not get the time and attention anymore that he deserves. He would do great with someone that has to time for his high energy.I want to make sure he goes to the right home.

Story
Meet Camo and Checkers! This adorable Dalmatian duo is a package deal full of personality and just the right mix of chill and playful energy.Checkers (13.5 years, 60 lbs) is the distinguished gentleman of the pair. He’s happiest curled up under a blanket or in a cozy sweater, thriving on belly rubs. Checkers does need a bit of patience as he continues working on house-training habits and managing some age-related spinal weakness—but he’s come a long way and will reward you with unwavering loyalty and love.Camo (11.5 years, 38 lbs) is the spunky little shadow you didn’t know you needed. He’s equal parts zoomies and naps, with a hilarious personality that shines through his playful yips and signature “crawl” trick. He loves being near his people (preferably the center of attention!) and will happily burrow into your lap or a blanket when it’s time to wind down. These boys were rescued from a difficult hoarding situation and have worked incredibly hard to rebuild their strength and trust in people. In their new foster home, they love their routines, and will definitely remind you when it’s mealtime. Checkers is crate-trained too but Camo is afraid unless he goes in Checkers' XL kennel alongside him.Checkers and Camo do well with other dogs and would be happy in a home with canine companions. Checkers can be vocal when he sees other dogs while out on walks, so he may need a little help with introductions to new canine friends. Once introduced, however, both boys do well with other dogs. They are indifferent to cats, making them a good fit for a home with feline family members. Their foster family also has no concerns about them living with children, and they believe these sweet boys would thrive in a loving family environment. Daily walks will help them relax, but they won't need excessive exercise or a fenced yard. Just a family who's committed to getting their wiggles out (10 minute walk) every day or they may be more mischievous. If you’re looking for a heart-melting senior sweetheart and a goofy, lovable sidekick, Checkers and Camo are ready to bring laughter and lots of snuggles into your life!If you are interested in Camo and Checkers, fill out an application at this link to get the ball rolling - https://pethavenmn.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/dog-adoption-application/The adoption fee is $450. Story
Location: Ruthton, MN Hello, I’m Zola! I am super adorable and ready to find my forever home! I’m not going to lie, I was in pretty rough shape when Rescue Network rescued me. But now, I am living the good life! My foster mom says I’m as sweet as can be and full of personality! I am kennel trained, potty trained, and I love having a cozy spot to nap. I’m super playful, affectionate, and guaranteed to make you laugh! I love giving kisses and playing with other dogs, cats, and kids! I love playing with toys too, but I’m not the best at sharing toys with other dogs yet. But I’m working on it! I love to talk and sing to my foster mom, so if you’re looking for a vocal girl with a hilarious personality - I’m the one for you! I am looking for a loving family who will continue helping me grow and show me all the good things life has to offer. If you’re ready for endless love, puppy kisses, and wagging tails, I would love to meet you! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Lynd, MN Hi! My name is Gunner. I’m a really happy boy! I basically love everything other than maybe when my foster mom is gonna leave & she puts me in the kennel. I do okay in there though. I don’t have any accidents. I love people so much! I like to shadow my foster mom & follow her everywhere to make sure she is okay! I have a young foster brother here too & we love to play! I also love the resident dogs. I’m very interested in the cats here too, but I’m getting used to them & learning I need to leave them alone or they punch me! There are a lot of kids here too & I really love them. I’m still young, but I’m learning quickly to not jump & be respectful of the tiny humans! I have a giant yard here & I love to play out there & run! They have a whole basket of toys here & I dig through to find my favorites! Sometimes I grab something I shouldn’t around the house, but if you give me a toy or bone I am happy to take that instead! I sleep on the floor in my foster parents room & I really enjoy that. I am house-trained since I came to live here too & they are very proud of me. I don’t mind others around my food whether they are humans or other dogs. I’m told I’m such a beautiful boy with my silky coat & pointy ears. My foster mom really likes pointy ears! I really think I like this life that involves warm beds & snuggles! Do you think you could be my new family? --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Mankato, MN Olé is a spunky, goofy girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart! Her energy level is medium-to-high depending on who she is with, with the occasional bursts of zoomies! She’s also quite the communicator and isn’t shy about letting you know when she needs to go potty. This smart girl is learning her basic commands and is a quick learner. She is also gaining more and more confidence around new things every day. She sleeps well in her kennel—she may voice her opinion when she’s ready to come out, but settles quickly once she lays down! When playtime is over, her favorite thing is to lay close to he favorite people. She also enjoys “supervising” her foster mom in the kitchen to make sure everything is running smoothly. You know she’s there by the tippy tapping of her feet! Olé is a happy, affectionate pup who will thrive in a home ready to continue her training, enjoy her playful side, and give her plenty of love. *Originated from: South Dakota Reservation. ------------------------ The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
