We are not sure how he would do around other dogs, cats or children. Slow and proper introductions to resident pets and children are always recommended when bringing a new animal home. Ask a TCHS staff for tips on how to ease the transition. Zero would benefit from basic obedience classes to help him grow up to be the best pup! Hi there! My name is Hank and Im on a mission to find my forever family! My foster parents say I am the ultimate good boy, and honestly, I have to agree. If youre looking for affection, we are going to be best friends. Dont let my size fool you- I consider myself a professional lap dog. I will squeeze my big body right onto your lap for cuddle time! I also love a good belly rub and will happily roll over to show you exactly where to scratch. Im incredibly social and get along with absolutely everyone. Kids? Love them! Other dogs? Lets play! Cats? No problem at all. I even do well around chickens and ducks, so I am farm-animal approved. My favorite place to be is outside exploring the great outdoors (though being right next to my humans is always a close second!). I love sniffing around and being out and about, so I make a great adventure companion. To top it off, Im housetrained and already know how to be a polite member of the household.
