She is a 3-year-old Doberman I adopted about a year ago. Due to a recent breakup and my busy schedule, I can’t give her the time and exercise she needs. She’s very loving, loyal, and a total lap dog who always wants to be near you. She’s also high-energy and loves to play fetch, tug-of-war, and wrestle. She does well with dogs and cats and just wants to play. She can be a little shy at first as unfortunately i havent been able to socialize her much. She is crate trained, knows basic commands, and would do best with an active owner or another dog. She is not yet spayed. I’m looking for a loving home where she can get the attention and activity she deserves.

This adorable little girl and her siblings came in to rescue last winter after they were dumped on a back country road. Their mother was found deceased, so we took the puppies in to try to save them. They were very sick initially but are very healthy now. Blair is a gentle little girl, but does love to run and play with other dogs. She has done amazing with her house and crate training. She is so deserving of a wonderful home to call her own. She is fostered in East TN, but transportation is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. All animals will stay online until they are “pending adoption”. Therefore, if an animal is still listed, we are still accepting applications for him/her! Please do not send inquiries about a specific animal's availability as this can change quickly over the course of the day. The fastest way to get a response is to simply submit an application! We will do our best to notify you by email if the pet(s) you are interested in are no longer available. New animals are posted daily, so please let us know if another furry friend peaks your interest (there is no need to fill out a second application)! Fill out the application completely. Every question must be answered, and it must be signed.-Applicants must be 21+ years old and live within a 100-mile radius of our shelter at 22415 Groesbeck Hwy, Warren 48089.-You must identify at least 1 animal that you are interested in.-Once your application is received, it will be assigned to one of our volunteer Adoption Counselors who will follow-up with the applicant who is the best fit within a few days, or to discuss other options. It could take up to a couple of weeks for you to receive a final disposition on your application so there is no need to check on the status.-Introductions will be scheduled by appointment only, 30 minutes per appointment. The entire household, including current dogs, must be present for the appointment. (Note: Please do not bring your dogs if you are meeting cats!). The introductions will take place outside in our parking lot (or in our cat room if you're meeting cats).-We will perform vet checks for current and prior pets in the household.-Finalizing the adoption will also be scheduled by appointment.Thank you for your understanding.

Come meet Kenny! Adoption fee negotiable :) Kenny is a big puppy whom thinks he is still a lap dog. Kenny loves to play fetch and nuzzle his little blankets. Kenny has had lots of training, to work on his impulse control and prey drive. Kenny knows how to sit for treats, and Down, and Kenny is working on Stay/Leave it. Kenny is kennel trained. Kenny will sleep quietly through the night. While in his kennel, Kenny will bark to let you know he has to go to the bathroom. Kenny is a quick learner whom will benefit from additional training. Barrett was adopted when he was a puppy from our rescue but unfortunately Barrett's owner has had a drastic and unexpected change in her situation creating a difficult circumstance wherein Barrett was unfortunately crated for many more hours than intended. He is a young dog and has had some training but mostly needs someone who give him a lot more time, attention, and exercise as she has to be gone for 10-12 hours per day. He's a very handsome and smart Doberman mix with a sweet personality who needs exercise and attention and a new owner who is dedicated to continue his training. Barrett is currently at a new foster home where we hope he will thrive in a better situation. He is doing much better and feeling more relaxed and comfortable every day. Currently he does not live with any children but more mature children would be ok to avoid anyone being knocked over. Barrett is a good dog that would be fine with a dog of similar energy and size. He enjoys the outdoors and also likes to curl up on the couch with you. He weighs approximately 80 pounds. Birthdate 3/30/25
