Story
Creekie’s story starts quietly. Life on the streets taught him to be shy and unsure, always watching from a distance. But day by day at the shelter, that fearful boy has been gently giving way to something much sweeter — a dog who wants to trust, connect, and belong. Creekie is still learning that the world can be kind, and he’s making steady, heartwarming progress. The fastest way to his heart? Treats. He has discovered that snacks come with humans, and that discovery has been a game-changer. With each tasty reward, his confidence grows and his personality shines a little brighter. He’s a soft, thoughtful soul who will thrive with someone patient and kind — the type of person who understands that the best bonds are sometimes the ones built slowly. Creekie doesn’t need perfection; he just needs consistency, reassurance, and a safe place to land. If you’re looking for a dog who will truly appreciate love once he knows it’s real, Creekie is ready to keep growing — right by your side. 🐾

Ezekiel is an 8+ year-old mixed breed senior weighing about 68.6 pounds. He’s a gentle, quiet boy who enjoys the simple things in life—laying in the sunshine, stretching out in the grass, and spending time with kind people. Ezekiel has been through a lot before arriving here, but despite it all he has remained incredibly sweet and cooperative with staff. He carries himself like a dog who is just looking for a little peace and comfort. Ezekiel is currently receiving medical care and supportive senior nutrition while being treated for Ehrlichia, and he is heartworm negative, vaccinated, and microchipped. This sweet senior deserves a soft place to rest, a caring family, and the chance to spend his golden years surrounded by kindness.

She enjoys being outside, taking in the world, and trotting right up to you with a happy grin—clearly hoping you’ve come with good intentions (and maybe treats or a scratch behind the ears). Story
Elliot is a curious, playful puppy who approaches the world one confident step at a time—usually straight toward you. He’s got that perfect puppy mix of adventure and sweetness: ready to explore the yard, investigate every toy, and then circle back to check in for reassurance. He’s still learning all the important puppy things (leash skills, routines, basic manners), but Elliot is bright, engaged, and eager to figure it out. He does best with encouragement and structure, and you can already see the foundation of a really solid, people-focused dog forming. Elliot would thrive in a home ready for puppy life—training, patience, playtime, and lots of love. In return, you’ll get a loyal sidekick who wants to be part of whatever you’re doing, whether that’s backyard adventures or quiet evenings winding down. If you’re looking for a puppy to grow with, learn with, and build a lifelong bond with, Elliot is ready to start that journey. 💙 Come meet him and see just how quickly he steals hearts.
