Story
Meet Honey! A pup with a backstory! Honey is a 10-month-old staff/lab mix. She is vaccinated and spayed. Honey is a young canine with a heart as sweet as her name. Honey has quite a backstory; she and her five siblings were all found together at a Pizza Hut. Now, she is currently the last of her litter to find a home. Honey is patiently waiting for a family to finally call her own. Honey is a self-starter who knows how to enjoy her own company but also cherishes the companionship of those she loves. Honey is house- and kennel-trained, making her a breeze to welcome into your home. Her intelligence is evident in her quick learning! Honey has a particular fondness for the outdoors. She would thrive in a home with plenty of space to roam, ideally an acreage. What Honey really needs is a home where she isn't alone all day. She is looking for a companion, someone who can match her energy and can be with her most of the day. Honey thrives on companionship! Her loyalty would also be a constant source of comfort. Honey does well with other dogs and cats, but a proper introduction is always necessary. That being said, She would love to have a canine friend she can play and grow with. Adopt Honey, and you'll be adding a touch of sweetness to your life. Having Honey in your life would not mean gaining just a pet, but a friend, a guardian, and a cherished member of the family.

Story
Meet Lexi! Lexi is a nearly 2-year-old Labrador mix. She is vaccinated and spayed. Lexi is a canine whose personality is just as enchanting as her blue eyes. Her energetic personality is contagious; she can fill any room with fun and happiness. Our Lexi is also very active; she's on a search to find that special someone who's always ready for a game of fetch or a brisk walk in the park. Our girl would need approximately more than 1 hour of activity every day. But don't let that energy of hers sway you; Lexi will know how to embrace her inner calmness if you were to give her a home away from shelter. She is also a dog whose spirit and determination know no bounds. When Lexi first arrived at our shelter, she underwent eye surgery, and her recovery has been nothing short of inspiring. Lexi didn't let this setback define her. Instead, she healed like a champ, proving she can overcome any obstacle in her way. Lexi's friendly demeanor makes her popular amongst her canine companions at the shelter; she has a knack for making friends, whether they're human or canine. She would love to have a friend that can keep up with her energy. Lexi's loyalty is unmatched, and she is eager to share that devotion with a family of her own. Our sweet girl loves life and is always ready for the next exciting journey. Lexi is the perfect companion for those seeking a loyal friend who'll bring a touch of playfulness and an abundance of love. Adopt Lexi and let her share her love for life with you!

Story
Meet Duke! A dog whose heart is as big as his courage! Duke is a nearly 4-year-old shepherd mix. He is vaccinated and neutered. Duke is the kind of dog who loves playing fetch, going on leisurely walks, and settling down for a cuddle session at the end of the day. He's also smart and obedient, quickly learning new tricks and commands, and he has the potential to learn MANY more!! Duke is a proven example that you can still teach an old dog new tricks! Our boy has a tendency to get scared around new folks, but once he gets to know and trust you, he's your best friend for life! Duke was first found outside of our shelter, assumed to be left there intentionally. He's had a tough start in life, but he's ready for a new chapter! Duke shows immense bravery and resilience each new day he faces. While Duke is still adjusting to the company of people, he is also quite shy with other dogs. However, he is showing great promise, with his bravery shining through each interaction. Our boy's past may be a mystery, but it's clear he's ready to leave it behind for a brighter future. Adopt Duke, and you'll not only gain a loyal friend but also give this wonderful dog the second chance he deserves.
