Story
She is a very friendly and cuddly dog. Has learned some tricks, easy to train because very food motivated. She barks very rarely, mostly once as the mail person then whines cause they did not come in to visit. We think she may be allergic to chicken. She does not understand that other animals may not like her or do not want to play with her.

Story
Meet dekker Dekker is: - 5 years old (estimate) - neutered - up to date on shots - had recent x rays that showed his hips are good - 70ish lbs I am rehoming my best little friend because we recently moved into an apartment and unfortunately, despite trainers and strategies and a full vet up, it has been determined that Decker has very bad anxiety around living an apartment Here are his best qualities: - loving - amazing in a two dog or multi dog home - easy to train - doesn’t bark at the door - easygoing - fine being left alone for the day - loves car rides - he is very trainable and loves to learn Here are the things we are still working on: - dekker counter surfs - he is leash reactive but has improved since working with trainers and part of the problem is we live - he’s cat selective - I have not seen him around kids and although he would love them, he doesn’t know his own size and body weight If it doesn’t work out with him, I ask that I am able to take him back

Story
Meet Beau! At 6 years old, I never expected to be looking for a new family, but sometimes life changes in ways no one can control. My dad had to move into a care home, and that meant saying goodbye to me too. Now I’m hoping there’s another family out there with room in their home — and on their couch — for a big guy like me. My name is Beau, and I’m a 6-year-old neutered Great Dane/Mastiff mix. And please don’t let that number 6 fool you! I still have plenty of tail wags, happy moments and oodles of love left to give. One of the best things about me? I’m a pretty easygoing guy! I’m good with other dogs, cats AND kids, so I should have an easy time transitioning into a home with dog-savvy children or four-legged family members who are comfortable sharing their space with a very large new brother. I’ve already known what it feels like to be loved, and now I’m just looking for someone willing to give me that feeling again. I may take up a little more room than your average dog, but I promise I’ll make up for it with an equally enormous heart. My adoption fee is $300. I am neutered, started on my vaccination schedule and microchipped. If you have room in your life for a handsome, lovable gentle giant, I’d sure love to meet you. Head to www.mjhs.ca to submit your adoption application and come meet me! Love, Beau

Story
Hi, I'm Dakota — a 2-month-old black male pup who's just getting started on life's adventure! 🐾 Right now I'm a tiny guy with lots of growing ahead of me. I'm goofy and playful, and I'm already showing signs of being a smart little learner. I'm very silly and enjoy bouncing around outside, rolling in the grass and taking some chomps for a little snack. I'm neutered so I'm all set to join my new family. Come meet me and watch a pup grow into his best self!
