Story
Meet Cudi! Named after Kid Cudi, this handsome boy is equal parts sweet, playful, and goofy. Cudi has never met a stranger and loves greeting his people when they come home, especially if dinner is involved! He enjoys snuggling, making biscuits, and nursing on soft blankets. Cudi is curious, talkative, and famous for his adorable clumsiness. He loves chasing toys, climbing to the highest spot in the house, and attempting to hunt bugs, though he’s usually more entertaining than effective. Cudi does well with other cats after a proper introduction and has a gentle, easygoing personality. If you’re looking for a loving companion who will keep you laughing and always want to be part of the action, Cudi is your guy!

Story
Hi, I’m MK. I’m a young grey tabby girl with a beautiful long, fluffy coat and a bold, affectionate personality to match. I’m the kind of kitty who loves being involved in everything—especially if it means getting attention and pets!I’m very loving and people-oriented, and I’m not shy about asking for affection. Head pets are my absolute favorite (seriously, I could get them all day), and I’m also quite playful—especially when there are wand toys involved. I love to jump, chase, and show off my athletic side!I’m also food-motivated, which makes bonding with me extra fun and rewarding. Whether it’s playtime, mealtime, or cuddle time, I’m all in.My social life is still a bit of a question mark, but I’m a brave and confident girl, so I may do well with gentle kids and other companions with proper introductions. What makes me special? My gorgeous long tabby coat and my outgoing, affectionate nature—I’m both stunning and full of love.I don’t have many dislikes so far and have handled everything I’ve been introduced to pretty well. I’m a pretty easygoing and adaptable girl.My perfect home would be one where I get lots of attention, interaction, and affection. I thrive on connection and would love humans who are around often and happy to shower me with pets and playtime. If you’re looking for a confident, loving, and playful companion who will happily soak up all your attention, I might be your perfect match.

Story
Hi, I’m Rascal! My name might suggest mischief, and while I certainly know how to have fun, I’m really just a happy-go-lucky guy who loves people, playtime, and making new friends. If you’re looking for a kitten who enjoys being part of the action, I’m your boy. I adore spending time with humans, including little ones, and I’m perfectly content being picked up and cuddled. In fact, I genuinely enjoy being held and hanging out with my people. Whether we’re playing, relaxing, or just moving around the house together, I like being involved in whatever is happening.I’m also a social butterfly in the feline world. I get along wonderfully with other kittens and enjoy playing with bigger cats too. I have a playful, energetic style and can get pretty enthusiastic during wrestling matches with my kitten friends, so I’d thrive in a home with another young, playful cat who can keep up with me.When it’s time for fun, I’m always ready. I love chasing wand toys, launching surprise attacks from behind furniture, and turning the living room into my own adventure course. One of my favorite games is hiding behind the couch and waiting for the perfect moment to pounce back into the action. I’m also one of those rare cats who enjoys tummy rubs, which makes me pretty special if you ask me.I’m generally confident and cheerful, though loud noises can make me a little nervous. Give me a moment to assess the situation, and I’ll be back to my usual playful self in no time. What really makes me stand out, though, is my voice. I have an impressively loud meow for such a young guy! When I’m feeling lonely, excited, or looking for attention, it sometimes comes out more like a dramatic little whelp than a traditional meow. My foster family says it’s impossible not to smile when they hear it.My perfect home would be an active, playful one with another young cat or kitten friend, plenty of toys, and humans who enjoy an affectionate, outgoing companion. If you`re looking for a kitten who combines cuddles, comedy, confidence, and nonstop entertainment, I’d love to meet you. After all, every home could use a little Rascal in it.Young kittens are adopted in pairs or to a home with another playful kitty.

Story
How this pet arrived: Shiloh was brought in by a community member on April 8, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you:Shiloh is a sweet cat looking for a loving home where she can settle in at her own pace. She is a sensitive soul who is bonded with her buddy, Annie (AID 601589), and they are looking for a household where they can continue their journey together. While Shiloh can be a little shy at first and may take some time to warm up to new people and environments, having her companion by her side helps her feel more secure. She thrives in a calm household that offers a predictable routine and a gentle approach to help her build her confidence. Shiloh and Annie would make a wonderful addition to a patient and loving home looking for a pair of loyal feline friends. At SDHS:Shiloh has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. Shiloh is now ready for her new home! Primary Color: Brown Tabby Weight: 10.03125 Age: 9yrs 11mths 3wks

Story
Carl was originally rescued as a kitten from the Hesperia area where he was being given away for free, unfixed. Our rescue partner swooped in and brought him to safety. Carl was adopted as a kitten, but unfortunately returned to us 4 years later when his caretaker fell ill. Carl has had no issue adapting back to Lounge life, but he is being kept separate as he is on a urinary diet that he should remain on post adoption. Carl grew into a beautiful long haired big boy and is so incredibly sweet and confident! We cannot wait to find him a forever home where he can love his human unconditionally.June 9, 2026, 10:25 pm

Story
About 10 years ago, Panda started coming around his first family's house in Pomona, CA when he saw his buddy get attention and food. He wanted in on the action too! He was a friendly cat, so he was easy to care for, and his finders took him into their home full time. Panda is FIV+, but it does not slow him down, nor does he need special treatment or to be isolated from other cats. Panda's family unfortunately cannot take him where they are moving, so we are helping him find a home to live out his golden years. This is what Panda's previous family has to say about him: "Panda is a beautiful cat with quiet confidence and big curiosity. Brave, intelligent, and endlessly inquisitive, he approaches the world with the energy of an explorer, always eager to investigate, sniff something new, and understand his surroundings. On a warm sunny day, he likes to sit out on the balcony, watching people, birds, and squirrels pass by. If you need a walking buddy, don't forget to stop by the flowers so he can smell them! He loves head and chin scratches above all else. Panda brings an independent spirit balanced with genuine affection. He is a cat who will explore your home, observe everything with wide, intelligent eyes, and then curl up beside you when the adventure is done. Earn Panda's trust and you'll have a loyal companion who considers you truly his own." It's important to note that Panda has had a bite history since entering the shelter, likely due to stress, as his previous owners say he never bit in the home. We always recommend practicing consent checks with all kitties, including Panda, by pausing to read their body language frequently when petting and handling them. Panda came into the shelter with a cat named Tigger. They would love to go home together, if possible. Though, this isn't mandatory. (Navigate to Tigger's bio to learn more.) If you'd like to meet Panda and/or Tigger, apply to adopt today!June 9, 2026, 10:25 pm
