Very loving cat needs a good home where she will get lots of attention and cuddles. Approximately 16 months old, this very petite sweet (weighing less than 6 1/2 pounds) has lots of love to give. She is up-to-date on shots and has an appointment to be spayed and microchipped in Lawrence. Her original owner is elderly and no longer able to care for her. She loves to play and cuddle.

My adoption fee is just $75! Rollie is in the cat lounge at Topeka Cat Cafe. Topeka Cat Cafe is not a shelter but a foster home for the non-profit rescue Team Kitten. Shadow is wonderful; he is friendly, playful and snuggly. He was found as a tiny stray on a porch and joined foster “brother” Titan to be his fellow bottle-fed friend. Shadow loves people and other kittens/cats and has a curious nature. He’s up for adventures! He’s been around a small dog a few times and it’s unknown if he’s been around small children, but he should adapt easily and enjoy the attention. Shadow was born approximately September 8, 2025, and his adoption fee is $185, or adopt two and the second is half off. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming, is microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus. Come see this sweet boy at our adoption center this weekend! Praline (torbie) and Godiva (tortoiseshell)--“The Chocolate Sisters”--are very bonded and need to be adopted together. Praline is the more outgoing one. She purrs loudly the second you pick her up and she enjoys being carried around. Godiva aka ‘Little Miss Spitfire”, is reserved towards people when she first meets them. She might hiss and try to hide. However, patience and TLC will bring her to trust and feel comfortable with you. These girls are very playful. They love all kinds of different toys, especially things that hang down and can be batted around. They play catch-me-if-you-can with each other and then snuggle up for a nap to recover from all the playing. Praline and Godiva have a healthy appetite and like their dry as well as their canned food. While they had no direct contact with the dogs in the foster home, they still tried to touch the dogs through their condo to get their attention. Praline and Godiva are now ready for their own home and are hoping to be adopted soon. These kitties should get along with kids, other cats, and cat-friendly dogs given proper introductions. Praline and Godiva were born approximately October 1, 2025, and their combined adoption fee is $250. They are spayed, up-to-date on shots and deworming, have microchips, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus. Meet Honey & Bee – The Sweetest Duo You’ll Ever Meet! All these girls want for Christmas is a home to call their own. You get the best of both worlds with these two. This bonded pair loves each other very much and have two different personalities. Bee's energy goes and goes but she will cuddle up and happily be carried around. She will greedily come into your space for some love and play time. Honey is a little slower to warm up and is a wiggle worm. She stays perched next to all the action and prefers her affection in doses until she's comfortable. She will be your companion as you move about. In their foster home Honey and Bee do great with their foster cat brother. They are eager to play together. They also have been around kids and have been very polite. This duo gets overwhelmed while at the shelter so don't judge them too harshly. They will adjust once you get them home.
