Story
Youd never know it now, but Raphael affectionately known as Raffy took several months to trust people. Raffy was not used to humans at all prior to coming into his foster home, says his foster mom. It has taken several months, but he now finally allows us to pet himand he LOVES it. He also adores his best friend, another cat in the foster home named Leonardo. As for his foster mom, her favorite thing about him is his beautiful, silky silver coat and his oh-so-adorable nighttime routine. He loves being pet and loved on before bed. He loves having his back scratched all the way down and his cute little butt raises in the air. A friendly guy, Raphael seems unfazed by the familys bulldog, allows pets from the children in the home (ages 9, 4, and 2) as long as they approach him calmly, and even tried to cuddle the family cat when he snuck into Raphaels room! Although hell probably need a little time and patience to adjust to his forever home, his foster mom can foresee him even becoming a lap cat someday. He is clearly an affectionate little guy. - Buzz.

Story
When Whiskers took in a crew of kittens from a large outdoor colony, Janet gave us the biggestscare, according to her foster dad. Named for pop icon Janet Jackson, she was definitely feelingnasty not eating, not wanting to do much of anything. Except, that is, tug at her rescuersheartstrings by still seeking their love, even as sick as she was. She would still come to the frontof the kennel wanting some snuggles. And when Janet finally felt better? Out came a snugglyshowstopper! What a difference we saw. She is typically running alongside her buddy, Huey, stirring up trouble and even instigating kitty wrestling matches. Could Janets next escapadebe to a forever home with you? - Buzz.

Story
Comparing Honeycrisp to her siblings is like, well, comparing apples to oranges. Sure, theyreall sweet, but Honeycrisp is so endearingly shy! She tends to scurry away when a person firstcomes into the room, but her foster mom is teaching her that humans arent bad apples. Shesshy but sweet once you have her in your arms. Ive been working with her a lot just holdingher to get her comfortable with me. Honeycrisp would thrive in a quieter home where she canhave her own space when she needs it, and with a patient adopter who would appreciate theopportunity to slowly build a special bond with her. Shes so soft and quiet. Its early to tell, butshe might have longer hair when she grows up. Shes going to be a gorgeous cat. If you have aheart for a shy but sweet kitten, heres your honey. - Buzz.

Story
Just weeks before the world lost Sinead OConnor, a tiny, scared kitten arrived at Whiskers froma large colony and was named after the legendary Irish songstress. Perhaps shed grow into thesame bold, brave spirit? She had a very hard time trusting people at first, says her foster dad.Her first instinct was to try and hide from people. But now, after some patient coaxing by herfoster family? Hello, lap kitten! She is laid back and loves to snuggle. As far as I can tell, herfavorite thing to do is to find the closest lap and snuggle in for the long haul. In fact, his favoritething about her is her sweet disposition and her love of people, and he thinks she would thrivein nearly any home with plenty of cuddle buddies. Nothing compares to lap time for Sinead except a forever home with you. - Buzz.

Story
Like the rest of the Fleetwood Mac Litter Stevie, Christine and Mick Lindsey arrived atWhiskers from a large outdoor colony. Maybe its because he was a man of the world, or justhis natural personality, but Lindsey is one adorably bold kitten! He is a cute, fluffy boy full ofspunk, says his foster mom. Lindseys favorite game is to team up with his brother, Mick, tochase balls or any toy that makes noise. Hes also great at playing with little humans! But one ofhis foster moms favorite things about him is the unique way that his appearance has beenchanging since coming into her care. When he was younger, his whiskers were chewed off!she said. They are growing back so cute. Is it time for your band to have a furry new member? - Buzz.

Story
One rainy night in May, Rally the kitten found herself at a crossroads and in a birdhouse! Akind soul found this baby all alone, eyes barely open, so he tucked her inside a birdhouse lyingon the ground nearby, hoping a mama would come for her. When none came, he reached out toWhiskers for help. It was too risky to wait and see, said Rallys initial foster mom. Rally wasso weak she had to be tube fed at first, but eventually could be taken in by a surrogate mama catat Whiskers and her babies, The Girl Scout Cookie Litter. Thats how Rally got her name after delicious Raspberry Rally treats but we also cant help but think how she and her rescuershad to rally together to save her life. And what a precious little life it is. It was certainly touch andgo for a few days, but she pulled through and is a spunky and fluffy kitten today! - Buzz.
