This lovely white and black tuxedo female, born, Oct. 2021, was found left at a farm and was pregnant. Vera enjoys sitting right next to you while you watch TV, but does not like to be held or picked up at this stage. Vera enjoys playing with balls by herself and with interactive toys with you, plus window watching for wildlife. She is a chatter box, has a medium purr, and likes a little brushing. Vera is friendly with known folks, hasn’t met strangers or dogs, and doesn’t like girl cats. After a few stokes of petting, she swats your hand away. Vera is best with kids over 10. She has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Are you the patient person willing to give her time to trust and blossom in a new setting and you be rewarded with a special relationship with her? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Tallulah is an easy-going, affectionate, confident medium hair tuxedo cat, born around Feb. 2022. She meets you at the door, ankle rubs, and follows you around. She is okay being picked up, enjoys brushing and petting. Tallulah plays with running water and cat toys, plus likes window watching. She will stay in your lap for short sessions of petting but prefers to sit next to you. If kids are gentle, Tallulah should be fine. The foster home says she is active, smart, and a periodic talker at meal times. Tallulah reaches up to touch your nose and occasionally rolls over for tummy stroking. She hasn’t met dogs and is a bit on the dominant side with cats.She has fine litter box habits and uses a scratching post. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. He plays very well with his two sisters but has not been around larger cats or dogs. He is strictly an indoor kitty but enjoys the enrichment of safe and supervised deck time! Sometimes he gets so excited for his enrichment time that he'll try to zip out of an open door, so check to make sure your can of Chef Boyardee isn't rolling out of the house! He was litter trained at six weeks old when he went to his foster home and has had no accidents, such a good clean boy! He tends to sleep under things like chairs or couches so before you sit, check for a surprise kitty! A favorite napping place of his is on a blanket in a corner or quiet place in a room where his humans are located. His favorite toys include small plastic balls with bells inside, small furry toys (mice are AMAZING), empty paper bags, and small/medium boxes to crawl inside. He loves to be held when done playing, especially at night and will fall asleep on your lap, chest, or shoulder. He has a little purr motor that just won't quit when he's happy, he's such a sweet boy. Ravioli is about two months old, he is neutered, microchipped and is current with vaccinations. She enjoys the comforts of being an indoor kitty but also enjoys the enrichment of safe and supervised deck time! Ziti is a 'super' cat! She even fetches a toy mouse that is tossed across a room and brings it back to be tossed again. She loves to be where her people are located except when she takes her few daily naps. She plays hard so needs to rest up! She loves to be held and purrs like crazy. You may even get a nose-to-nose if you are lucky. She explores with her sister and brother and, of course, plays and chases each other to keep occupied. A real joy to have as a member of the household! Her favorite toys include small plastic balls with bells inside, small furry toys---mice are a sure favorite, empty paper bags, and small/medium boxes to crawl inside. She loves to be held when time to rest, especially at night and will fall asleep on your lap, chest, or shoulder. Lots of purring from this girl and even a kitty kiss occasionally. She is precious!
