Hi, I'm Peanut! I've got an eye for adventure, literally. I'm a bit of a shy guy at first, but once I warm up to you, we'll have a ball. I've got a curious mind, always wondering what's around the corner or behind that door. I love playtime, batting at toys, chasing after laser pointers, and leaping after feathers. Despite having only one eye, I don't let it slow me down. I'm just as agile and playful as any other cat. I may be a bit different, but I've got so much love to give. I'm still young, still learning the ropes of life, and I'd love to explore the world with you. So, why adopt me? Well, if you're looking for a sweet, one-eyed, laser-chasing, fun-loving companion, look no further. I'm your cat!
A little back story on me, I was found in a dumpster, scared and alone. I had an eye injury, that we are unsure how I got. My foster and rescue tried hard to save my eye, but in the end, it had to be removed. I feel SO much better!
I really need another cat in the home that wants to be friends. I am always looking for one or two of my feline friends to snuggle with when its nap time.
Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
