Hello! My name is Creed!I was pretty scared of humans when I first came to the shelter. My GHS friends and foster home have really helped me learn that people are great! I can certainly be bought with food. I am the first one to race over for treats and my size shows it - I`m a healthy weight but a very large, tall kitty. I`m looking for a home that is patient and gentle and will help me continue to gain confidence in new environments and with new people.MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES…CHILDREN: Teenagers may be ok. No young children, as I`m best suited for a calmer environment.OTHER CATS: Yes, I would do well with a confident, easy-going cat who can help me gain confidence.DOGS: Yes, with a friendly dog.FIRST-TIME CAT OWNERS: No, I would do best with someone who has some cat experience.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium. If you think I would make a good match for your home, click the “Adopt Me” button to apply!

Story
Walker is a sweet, friendly boy with a spirit full of adventure! Though he may be a bit shy at first, don’t let that fool you, once he feels comfortable in his new home, his true personality shines through. He’s incredibly curious and loves to explore his surroundings, always keeping an eye out for new nooks and crannies to investigate. Walker is the kind of cat who will gradually warm up to you and build a trusting bond, and once he does, he’ll be your loyal, affectionate companion. If you`re looking for a sweet and inquisitive kitty who’ll grow with you and offer lots of love, Walker might just be the perfect fit. Give him the time and patience he needs to settle in, and you`ll have a lifelong friend in return!Foster note: What a attention seeking boy he is! He is very clean using the litter box and is eating very well. He just wants to be around us day and night. Walker is the perfect companion for a lucky home!***NOTE*** Please remember that animals are coming back from foster care to the centres for their meet and greets. They will be experiencing a new environment and meeting new people, which means they may not exhibit the same behaviours they did in their foster videos or while in foster care.If you are viewing this animal through 24Petconnect by PetPlace or Adopt-a-pet, please visit our website https://kwsphumane.ca/adopt/process to submit an application. Any applications submitted outside of www.kwsphumane.ca may not be received.
