Story
Meet Peaches — the Sweetest Sidekick Around Sweet, petite, and impossibly charming, beautiful Miss Peaches is the ultimate loyal companion. She’ll happily follow you from room to room, offering gentle trills and chirps as she supervises your daily adventures. One moment she’s checking in on you, the next she’s off to chase a stray bug or curl up for a cozy nap. With her playful sparkle and youthful energy, you’d never guess she’s 9 years old—she moves through life with the heart of a 1–3-year-old kitty. Though she’s experienced many changes—her littermate brother, her dog friend, and her human siblings have all moved on, and her former guardians now travel often—Peaches hasn’t lost her bright spirit. She bonded quickly with her foster mom and her big, gentle foster cat brother, soaking up the love and giving it right back. Peaches is a devoted communicator. She loves to cuddle, purr, play, eat, follow her people around, and gaze sweetly into their eyes before tucking herself into their arms. She’s a part-time under-the-covers sleeper, a part-time foot-of-the-bed snoozer, and a full-time cool kitty—after she gets her warm-up zoomies out with her favorite wand toys, of course. Peaches would thrive as a solo pet or in a home with a calm, respectful cat or a mellow dog. In fact, she seems to especially appreciate big, gentle dogs with steady, soothing energy—just like the canine buddy she lived with before. A home with a safe outdoor enclosure or supervised outdoor time would be a dream for her. With her stay-close personality, she’d likely be easy to monitor in a secure yard while you help create her little outdoor oasis. Would you like to meet this sweet gal? Peaches is waiting—ready to trill hello, curl into your lap, and share her endless, devoted love with her forever family. ##2434984##

Story
Oreo is about 2 years old and bonded with Brownie.   Oreo is a very sweet cookie that looks a lot like her namesake. She is curious but cautious at first but adapts to new surroundings quickly. She is affectionate and likes to sit on laps for short periods of time, making biscuits or helping her human write emails. She is a great tree climber and likes to nap on the upper bed of the cat tree or on top of the bookshelf where she can observe her domain with wide, expressive eyes. The back of the couch is also one of her favorite spots to nap, especially when her favorite person is lying on it.  She likes to swat at all sorts of wand attachments and chase moving toys like robot bugs, mice and self-rolling balls, and goes crazy over chasing a laser dot. When she's in the mood, she likes to play with the hide-and-seek and whack-a-mole interactive toys. She can also amuse her herself with soft toys like mice and fuzzy balls. She likes catnip and enjoys hugging catnip kick toys but may become a little overstimulated with too much of it.    She loves her brother Brownie but doesn't always show it and there is a limit to her tolerance to his affections, especially under the influence of catnip. They like to nap on the cat tree during the day and share the top bed and kitty condo below, often swapping places. Lately they have been chasing each other around late at night and are becoming more mischievous. ##2378689##

Story
This cat is recommended as a Barn Cat because we have observed that s/he appears to be unfamiliar and uncomfortable with people. We believe that this cat is accustomed to living, likely with other cats, in a protected outdoor environment and may enjoy living in a barn or other outbuilding. Because, upon adoption, the environment will be a new one for this cat, there is a specific five-week acclimation process to help this cat remain safe in his new home. We recommend adopting another cat for companionship during and after this acclimation process. In time, this cat may even warm up to new people and may later enjoy time and attention.

Story
She is an affectionate feline that spends time on the bed in the sun. She loves attention and is easy-going. She has been around other cats and two Labrador dogs. She uses an enclosed kitty litter box, she eats Authority dry food, and also enjoys frisky wet canned food. She is free-fed; I would love to keep her, but I moved in with an HOA with an animal limit.

Story
Rome is 3 years old. She is curious, smart, fearless, playful and loves laps to nap in. She was originally my daughter's cat but she needs access to the outdoors. She was not happy being confined to an apartment. Once we took her in, she was much more relaxed and happy being able to go outside- she uses the dog door - since we took her in back in April 2025. She gets along great with our 2 dogs, even rubbing against them or sleeping with them. The reason we are having to rehome her is she is not getting along with one of our other cats. We do have another cat who she does not bother at all - basically ignores her. She will need access to the outdoors in her new home. She is very picky foodwise and will only eat 1 brand of wet food, and 1 brand of dry.
