Domestic Shorthair kittens & cats in Collegedale, Tennessee

Looking to re-home: Please only serious inquiries.6yr old spayed femaleBreed-TortoiseshellName-Daisy. Last shots were Oct 2023. Preferably a home with no pets/children, though she may do well with older calmer cat(s). We have never had dogs, so unaware how she would do with cohabiting. She has a very sweet and calm disposition, and would be a wonderful lap cat to someone. She is not a vocal cat but if she ever is it’s a very quiet tone. Once she’s used to you she loves being loved on. She loves hugs, kisses and being picked up and held. It will take time for adjustment. She is high anxiety til she gets used to people/person/environment. It will take someone that has experience and time to work with her to get her acclimated. She came to my family initially as a stray. So I have no knowledge of her previous situation. It took us several months spending time with her before she became comfortable with us. She was then an indoor/outdoor cat. Currently indoor only.

Moondrop is a gentle little girl who's discovering that the world isn't quite as scary as she once thought. She can still be a bit shy in new situations, but each day she grows a little more confident. Her curiosity is beginning to shine through, especially when there's a new toy to investigate or a fun activity happening nearby. She may watch from a distance at first, but it never takes long before she wants to join in. Moondrop has made some big leaps over the past few days. She recently decided that pets are actually pretty wonderful and happily accepted affection from her foster, quickly realizing it was an arrangement she quite enjoyed. Moments like these have been a joy to watch and are a wonderful reminder of how much confidence she's gaining. When picked up, Moondrop can still be a little nervous, but she's incredibly sweet and is learning that being held by people she trusts is a good thing. With patience and love, her confidence continues to blossom. She especially loves playing with her siblings and enjoys having feline friends to wrestle, chase, and cuddle with throughout the day. With her gentle heart, growing confidence, and curious spirit, Moondrop is looking for a patient family who will give her the time she needs to fully shine. Watching her continue to come out of her shell will be one of the most rewarding parts of loving her. Valencia is one of those kittens who catches your eye immediately, but it's her sweet personality that really makes you fall in love. With gorgeous golden eyes and beautifully unique patterning, she's an absolutely stunning little girl. Thankfully, she has the personality to match. Valencia is docile, gentle, and wonderfully sweet. She's a great balance of independent and social, perfectly content entertaining herself or relaxing on her own, but just as happy joining the other kittens when it's time to play. Her one weakness? The wand toy. Pull one out and Valencia is ready for action. Her calm demeanor quickly turns into playful kitten mode as she chases, pounces, and tries her hardest to catch her prize. Valencia would be a wonderful fit for someone looking for a kitten who doesn't need constant entertainment or attention but still enjoys being part of the family. She's sweet, playful, easygoing, and comfortable doing her own thing when everyone else is busy. Beautiful golden eyes, a gentle little soul, and just the right amount of playful energy. Valencia is the whole package. Currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, and available for transport to a number of locations within the continental United States.
