Story
Name: Rhiannon Age: 4 years Breed: Domestic Short Hair (Black) Rhiannon is a beautiful, independent cat looking for a calm, loving home. She enjoys having her own space, watching the world from cozy spots, and exploring at her own pace. She would do best in a quieter household where she can settle in gradually and bond on her own terms. She will come with her toys, her cat tower if desired, and her carrier. She is not currently up to date on her vaccinations, so her new owner can update those with their preferred vet. If you’re looking for a sweet, unique companion who appreciates a peaceful environment, Rhiannon may be a great fit.

Story
Smokey girl came around from our neighborhood when raining to cover on our front porch. We put out some water/food for her when it was pretty hot this summer. She was pretty emaciated and looked pretty rough. One day, she became VERY vocal, meowing over and over again. We talked with her and she led us into our backyard, and low and behold, under our AC unit she had a little baby boy kitten, & Bear. She was very uneasy around people, but would let us come near and check on baby, we put our water, food and an outdoor shelter. After about 1 week we took both to the local ER Vet, Mama Smokey got vaccines, baby was checked out, even though very malnourished they would both be okay! We took them inside after the vet visit to get to know our other two cats (brother/sister from litter) whom they had been very curious about through the windows and our going in and out. We are now ready to try and rehome Smokey and Bear as they have rehabilitated well and ready for their next chapter!

Please read the bio & email the address listed in the bio.   Additionally for CATS you  may email  JShelton@eulesstx.gov and for DOGS, email trinitygapclub@gmail.com       *** Courtesy Post – Mattie’s adoption is not through the Euless Animal Shelter ***  Mattie is a very sweet white and brown tabby cat.  She is about 5-1/2 years old.  Mattie was rescued from a shelter because she was too frightened to place into adoption.  Mattie is a very unique girl in that she is a pan leukopenia survivor.  Pan leukopenia (FPV, also known as feline distemper) has no prescribed treatment and the survival rate is dismal.  Mattie was lucky in that she was already an adult cat, and that her foster recognized symptoms that can be confused with other diseases.  The good news is that once cured, she will no longer need any treatment, nor can she catch it again, if exposed. With no cure, it took supportive care such as IV Fluid treatments and antibiotics to make her comfortable.  This daily interaction of care made her welcoming to human touch and kindness.  During her treatment she lost her shyness, found out that she loved being touched and petted, and lastly got to spend her days with other kitty playmates once she was no longer contagious..     Mattie’s other supporter was another cat who has since passed away with cancer.  We know that Mattie would prefer the company of another female, or two, hoping that one might be agreeable to become her best friend. This in-door only cat is available through Tall Tails Rescue with an adoption fee of $100. No declawing, please.  Text/Call Cathy to adopt or with questions. 817 994 9388.November 5, 2024, 3:48 pm

I was at a local shelter as a kitten with my brother.  They were going to release us as community kittens, but we were still little and scared, so Tall Tails Rescue took us.  My brother was not as scared as me and he got adopted quickly, but I didn’t like being at the Bedford PetCo because to me it was scary.  I am now living with my foster mom and she says I am a good boy.  She also says I like to sit in her lap, untie her shoes (fun), and I like to play with my other cat friends that live with her.  I just need a home I can share with you and hopefully, another young cat. Story
Hey all you cool cats and kittens (like us)! We're Chole and Chance born August 2nd and 3rd. We are 2 of a litter of 4. Our Mom was found in June by these nice people and they didn't know she was going to have us. While they love us very much, 6 cats in a one bedroom apartment is a lot. A bit about Chance- When I'm not sleeping I am playing. I love fetch, wrestling with my sister Chole, and parkour around the house. I climb onto shoulders and like to play with your feet under the blanket. I am also affectionate and like to snuggle. A bit about Chole- I am calmer than my brother. I have a sloth toy and crinkle toys I really like. I am observant, independent, and can be shy. Give me time to warm up and I will want to be around you constantly. We are a bonded pair, meaning we come as a package deal. We would be broken hearted if we can't stay together. We hope you consider adding us to your family.
