Story
Roger is a dapper looking pup who can't wait to become a member of your family! He's a super sweet boy, though can be shy at first, he warms up with the help of a kind hand and lots of treats. He's very playful and outgoing. He's super smart and eager to please. He occasionally works with an agility trainer who can't say enough great things about him. He has a great drive to be a good boy and is so fun to train! Roger is picky about his dog friends and would be happiest being in a home as an only dog. Though he can pass other dogs without issues and be near other dogs, he'd love to be in a home where he is your one and only pup. He's an awesome dog to take on walks and hikes. Est DOB 12/1/23

Story
Precious Love earned her name because well...She is absolutely precious and she is filled to the brim with LOVE! Precious Love is a beautiful 2 year old, 50 lb girl who is so sweet and friendly. She loves everybody who crosses her path and greets all with a wagging tail and lots of kisses. She loves treats so anybody holding a cookie in their hand will have her wrapped around your finger in seconds. Though Precious Love gets along fine with other dogs and tolerates their presence, she would be happiest being the only dog in the home and will do perfectly fine without a companion pet or playmate in the house. She can be around other dogs without issue, can pass other dogs without issue, and reside with other dogs short term without issue. She simply likes her personal space and not having to share every single thing with another dog and would prefer being your baby girl. She, however, LOVES people and children. She's a total people pleaser. She would love having a family where someone is home often. She does not like to be left alone for too long. She loves car rides. She loves walks and does well on leash. She's super affectionate and seeks attention from people. She's a total gem and will make someone so happy!

Gertrude is in need of a home. Is a very loving dog. She would make a great watch dog for a single woman. And she is crate trained. I would keep her, but I'm not able too right now. Loves water and playing tug a war. She desires a loving home. Please consider.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Approximately 4-5 year old Esme is part of a pack of dogs that lived in the desert for several years after their owner died. A good samaritan visited the pack several times a week to make sure they had food, water, and shelter. Esme was rescued with a few others in September 2020 but spent almost a year in boarding since there were no open fosters. Finally, in the summer of 2021 Esme was able to get into a foster home.Over the last few months, Esme has been learning what it's like to truly be a dog. She loves napping and chewing a good bone. Esme hasn't been around kids before, but she is very relaxed and hasn't ever shown any type of aggression. She is very shy with humans and apprehensive of new people. On the other hand, she completely comes out of her shell with other dogs. She loves hopping around and playing with the other pups in her foster home. She is currently living in a foster home with other dogs of all sizes and ages, as well as cats. She hasn't had a problem with any of the other pets.Esme will definitely need a special home, with a family that will be patient with her while she continues to grow and learns how to trust humans. She will likely never be super social with humans, so a fairly mellow home with at least 1 other dog is ideal. Esme does enjoy walks and walks nicely on a leash. She is crate trained, but not house trained. If you can be that patient and loving home for this special girl, please apply to adopt Esme today.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 7:12 pm
