Ruby is a young, vivacious, sweet, happy girl, about 12 months old, 50 pounds, and still full of puppy joy and energy. She has a soft brindle coat, reflecting her unusual heritage which we believe to be Dutch Shepherd and Pit Bull. She has the best qualities of both breeds, intelligent and loving without a mean bone in her body. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and would prefer a home with them, I’m sure. As for people, she just has a way of looking at you like you’re her whole world. She loves everybody so I believe she would be fine with children. Ruby’s an excellent ball player and loves to run. She would be perfect for an active family but would also make a loyal companion in a quieter home. She is already crate trained and only needs a little guidance to complete her house training. She is healthy, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. She’s the whole package!

Mina is a gorgeous Belgian Mal / Dutch Shephard mix. She was abandoned and thrown from a vehicle and we have Video of her chasing the vehicle. Our volunteer ran outside as his back yard was to the park she was dumped at and found her. He also located the vehicle and we have since pressed charges for abandonment and neglect. About Mina, she is a sweetheart! She just wants to be with her Hooman all the time! She can jump fences of 4 feet but not any higher. She has alot of energy so an active person is what we are looking for. She is NOT a couch potato at all although she does love to Nap on the couches. She needs someone that is active meaning: a Hiker, a jogger, or even a camper as long as you walk her daily. She is eager to please and learn. She is a jumper and we are currently tryin to break her of that. Meaning she jumps on people. She is potty trained, she learns really fast. Yvette is in foster care in Huntington Beach SO Cal area. Yvette is such a nice compact little shepherd girl who is almost 3yrs old and weighs 60 pounds. She has been waiting awhile for a family and her friend we rescued with her has been adopted leaving Yvette alone and waiting. She is gentle and playful with other dogs the same size as her in her playgroup. She likes toys, scampering and bowing around the play yard and is great in the car and on leash. She still has puppy energy and may play a little to hard to be with really small dogs and she doesn't care for kitties. For a family this dog has an amazing personality and does her best to mind and please. Yvette could play ball from sunrise till bedtime and never tires of her favorite toy. She like water and on hot days can be seen splashing contentedly in her kiddie pool. The beach lake or river would be her idea of Heaven.
