Evaluated exceptionally for detection and has been training in personal protection, making him an ideal candidate for work in the private sector. A Sweet, loving and social dog that can settle in around the house surrounded by kongs. Gets along well with female and neutered male dogs, Has been neutral with horses, but is not good with cats. Creed is extremely affectionate and has a great off switch. We have not had him around kids. Creed is part of our Zero to Hero Program (not our regular adoption program) and will continue to receive not only the obedience, crate and potty training that all of our dogs receive, but will continue to advance his skills in personal protection. Pongo is a Shepherd Collie Mix who was pulled from Moreno Valley Animal Shelter and was there since the beginning of July. From Pongo's foster: " I had been visiting him at the shelter for almost 2 months and no interest.. I watched him get better from a virus and pull through and still no one. He was always so well behaved. Would sit when I asked. Was loyal on the first day I met him just chill and would do his business and come back to you and lay down below you. He's such a calm dog for being at such a loud shelter. Not reactive to people nor dogs. Walks well on the leash. Can you ask for more of a perfect dog??? Reese was confiscated by animal control from a home when the people couldnt keep up with their own lies. The AC officer called us to see if we could take her instead of puttin her in the shelter. Of course we said yes to that sweet Face!! She is such a mellow puppy, she is playful but listens very well. She is super cuddly, loves to climb in your lap and will sleep on your pillow above your head at night. She is crate trained as well. We are currently working on potty training but she has already figured out the doggy door! Did we mention how smart she is? She is very independent and does well on her own. She also does very well with cats and dogs. She has been socialized with people, dogs, cats and kids. If interested in meeting Reese, what are you waiting for? He can be a little hyper when he first meets you, but after the initial excitement wears off after a few minutes he is a good boy who just wants human connection and a companion! He is eager to please. He would thrive from some routine and repetition. He is good with other dogs, likes to chase cats that run, but is ok with brave kitties that don't run. Redley would do vets in a home with a back yard. No Apartments. He would be an ideal dog for an active person, a hiker, runner, active outdoorsy type person/ family.
