His smarts work in his favor, though, and he thrives with positive reinforcement and a predictable routine. Vernon does great with other dogs and cats and absolutely loves romping and wrestling with the dogs in his foster home. Because of his playful, high-energy nature, he would do best in an active home that can provide plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and ongoing training.
