Story
Meet Jingle Name: Jingle DOB: April 23, 2025 Current Weight: 45 pounds (medium sized dog) Health: Healthy, fully vaccinated, spayed Jingle is a sweet, soulful young girl with a gentle sparkle in her eyes and a heart full of love waiting to be shared. She has a thoughtful, affectionate nature and a playful curiosity that makes her a joy to be around. Whether she’s quietly observing the world or happily joining in on the fun, Jingle brings warmth, calm, and happiness wherever she goes. Personality Jingle is affectionate, attentive, and deeply people-oriented. She loves being near her humans and thrives on reassurance, praise, and connection. She has a soft, loving side that shows during cuddle time and a playful, energetic side that comes out during walks, games, and exploration. She’s eager to learn, responsive to guidance, and already showing signs of becoming a loyal, devoted companion. This intelligent and athletic mix offers the perfect balance of brains and heart. Smart, alert, and eager to learn Loyal and bonds closely with their family Active and thrives with both physical and mental stimulation Does best with routine, structure, and positive reinforcement Expected to be medium to large in size once fully grown This breed mix is ideal for adopters who enjoy engagement, training, and building a strong human–dog bond. Owner Responsibilities Jingle will need: Daily exercise and enrichment to keep her happy and balanced Continued training with patience and positive reinforcement Consistency, routine, and gentle leadership Plenty of time, love, and inclusion as part of the family She is still growing emotionally and physically and will flourish most with an adopter committed to guiding her through puppyhood and adolescence. &#226&#154&#160&#239&#184&#143 Things to Consider Before Adopting Before bringing Jingle home, please thoughtfully consider: Your time and ability to commit to training and companionship Your living situation, including landlord approval and space Long-term plans such as moving, work changes, or travel The financial responsibility of food, vet care, training, and enrichment The reality of adopting a young dog who is still learning and growing Adoption is a lifelong promise — not just for today, but for every stage of her life. Vet Care Although Jingle is healthy, vaccinated, and spayed, adopters should schedule a visit with their own veterinarian as soon as possible after adoption to establish care and support a smooth transition. The 3-3-3 Rule (Very Important!) First 3 days: Jingle may feel overwhelmed as she adjusts to new sights, sounds, and people — patience and reassurance are essential. First 3 weeks: She’ll begin learning your routine, building confidence, and understanding what it means to belong. First 3 months: Trust deepens, her true personality shines, and she’ll know she is finally home. This adjustment period is normal and requires time, consistency, and love. Why Jingle Will Be an Amazing Addition Jingle is the kind of dog who quietly works her way into your heart and stays there forever. She’s loving, loyal, and eager to grow alongside her person. With guidance, patience, and commitment, she will become a devoted companion — one who offers comfort, joy, and unwavering love every single day. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to a bright, affectionate young dog and commit to a lifetime together, Jingle is ready to meet you &#226&#156&#168   If you are interested in adopting this amazing dog, please follow the link https://www.ozzieandfriendsrescue.org/adoptions and fill out an application  Thank you for choosing Ozzie and Friends Rescue. Story
HI -I'M NOMI! I'm a 5-1/2-year-old beautiful and sweet Dutch Shepherd-Pit mix in need of a foster or forever home. My name means "beautiful" and "delightful" and it is so fitting, because I have a gorgeous brindle coat and a sweet face & personality. I was rescued from a Los Angeles-area shelter, and now have been waiting patiently for someone to notice me - for about two years! I am gentle with people, and am friendly with most dogs. I love to be with people and I love to shake a paw! I weigh 68 pounds. Can you foster or adopt me? I really want a home. I'm currently in California, but can be transported to Oregon. Please email for an application.

Story
With her gorgeous brindle coat, human-like eyes, and the prettiest ember coloring, Rainee Bee is the kind of dog that stops you in your tracks. Add in her happy personality and incredibly loving nature, and you’ve got a girl who doesn’t just catch your attention… she keeps your heart. She’s happy, loving, and full of sweet personality, with the cutest little bursts of playful energy mixed in with her cozy, homebody charm. Rainee Bee may take a moment to warm up in new environments or with new people, but once she knows you, she lights up in the most special way. Her tail starts wagging, her goofy side comes out, and suddenly you’ve gained the most devoted, affectionate companion who just wants to be near you. She tends to open up especially quickly with women, and once you’re in her circle, her love is easy, genuine, and completely heart-melting. Watch her video and fall in love with her: https://youtu.be/2df99z-eqo0?si=iMP1fHgedij04Z4R Rainee Bee is believed to be a pittie mix approximately 2 years old and currently weighs 48 lbs. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. Rainee really does teach you how to slow down in life and to appreciate everything around you. She loves laying out in the backyard, belly up and just soaking it all in like there’s no care in the world. She’s just a sweet and cuddly homebody that thrives in a slower paced environment with people that have the exact same mindset as she does. She loves a good snuggle and can be very affectionate towards the person she bonds with. Rainee promises to never pull your arm off looking for love from a stranger. She will take a moment to get to know you before professing her love, but… psst—don’t tell her we told you this, but Rainee’s heart is easily won with patience, gentle voices and trust. Once you're in her corner, it's game over! You’ll forever be her favorite person and you’ll gain the sweetest little shadow. The same can be said about Rainee when she is meeting new people. She will take a moment to get to know them but as long as she is with the people that she knows, loves and trusts, she quickly realizes your guests are an extension of her favorite people and she'll be resting her head on their lap and snuggling with them in no time. Especially towards women, she tends to open up fastest with women. She is good around men too and has been around plenty of them. It just takes her a little bit longer to feel fully comfortable around men and prefers to be around patient gentle toned men in life. Not only is Rainee your next best friend but she will also be your dog's next best friend! She has been introduced to so many different types of dogs and thrives around other dogs. Rainee is currently fostered with multiple dogs in the home and she gets along great with all of them. She is great about matching energies with other dogs, from romping, bouncing, wrestling gently, and throwing paws with dogs who enjoy that style. When play is done, she’ll calmly walk away and enjoy the fresh air. Rainee is shy when she first meets new dogs and will do best in a home with a doggy friend that will allow her to get the lay of the land, feel comfortable, etc. and then the rest is history. Rainee is good about sharing treats, affection, couch time and toys with her dog friends too. Speaking of toys, this little lady loves them! Especially stuffy toys! She loves tossing them up in the air and catching them like she’s air bud from the movies. She also does the cutest little hops when she’s playing too. Rainee knows how to entertain herself quietly with a chew toy or a stuffy. She can be relaxing on the couch with you by her side while you’re watching tv or even working from home and there will be Rainee quietly chewing her toy entertaining herself. She also has fantastic house manners! She is crate trained, potty trained, has never destroyed anything in the home, and doesn't get into anything she isn't supposed to. Rainee also met our house cat Biggie and met him appropriately and was very respectful around him. She did not chase Biggie, nor was she bothered by Biggie jumping or doing what cats do. Biggie also felt comfortable around her as well. We do not know if she has ever lived in a home before with a cat and this was our first time seeing her with a cat. If you have a cat in the home, we can arrange for her to have a sleepover with a cat upon request. Just let us know! Rainee would do best in a home with a backyard in a more residential area rather than in the heart of the city with all the noises that come with the city life. Rainee has great listening ears and some noises do spook her so a quieter neighborhood will ultimately be best for her. She also just loves to spend time outside and sunbathe and play with her dog friends. If you’re looking for a sweet, happy dog with personality, affection, and just the right balance of playful energy and cozy companionship, Rainee is ready to bring all of that and more into your life. We are willing to test Rainee Bee with anything you need in order to ensure it's a perfect match. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life?
