My name means "beautiful" and "delightful" and it is so fitting, because I have a gorgeous brindle coat and a sweet face. I was rescued from a California shelter, and now have been waiting patiently for someone to notice me! I am gentle with people, and am friendly with most dogs, though I can get jealous at times. They came from a animal hoarding property, their sister Chili was more than ready for a home alone, these two would prefer a home with another confident, sweet dog. Spud loves playing with many of our dogs here, he has learned so much and is becoming a brave boy. He loves other dogs, from Pitbulls to huskies to German Shepard's to little terriers, smaller to larger, he loves them all. He would flourish in a home with another dog who is brave, confident and gentle in nature. From his adopter he needs patience, time for him to acclimate, a fenced backyard, no young kids they are terrifying to this gentle boy. My adoption fee is $300

Raven is my name and kind of like a raven, I am a 'loner'... except for the puppies i had when I arrived at the rescue... I was saved by a trapper on the streets, they weren't even there to save ME that day, but they did!!! I am obviously a beautiful girl, big and solid as well as black and brindly. I am a loving girl, in my own way... i lived on the streets for who knows how long and I honestly am not a cuddly girl or even a sit by your feet dog, YET... I have all kinds of love to give, you can see in my eyes that I have always dreamed of someone with the patience to love me for who I am and who I can be!! I am great on a leash and do love walking around and exploring. I am good with other dogs and likely would do best with another dog who is calm and confident with his/her family. I am so so ready for you, I have the shepherd double coat so I will shed in your house, must have a great vacuum cleaner and tolerance of hair :) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
