Story
Meet Jingle Name: Jingle DOB: April 23, 2025 Current Weight: 45 pounds (medium sized dog) Health: Healthy, fully vaccinated, spayed Jingle is a sweet, soulful young girl with a gentle sparkle in her eyes and a heart full of love waiting to be shared. She has a thoughtful, affectionate nature and a playful curiosity that makes her a joy to be around. Whether she’s quietly observing the world or happily joining in on the fun, Jingle brings warmth, calm, and happiness wherever she goes. Personality Jingle is affectionate, attentive, and deeply people-oriented. She loves being near her humans and thrives on reassurance, praise, and connection. She has a soft, loving side that shows during cuddle time and a playful, energetic side that comes out during walks, games, and exploration. She’s eager to learn, responsive to guidance, and already showing signs of becoming a loyal, devoted companion. This intelligent and athletic mix offers the perfect balance of brains and heart. Smart, alert, and eager to learn Loyal and bonds closely with their family Active and thrives with both physical and mental stimulation Does best with routine, structure, and positive reinforcement Expected to be medium to large in size once fully grown This breed mix is ideal for adopters who enjoy engagement, training, and building a strong human–dog bond. Owner Responsibilities Jingle will need: Daily exercise and enrichment to keep her happy and balanced Continued training with patience and positive reinforcement Consistency, routine, and gentle leadership Plenty of time, love, and inclusion as part of the family She is still growing emotionally and physically and will flourish most with an adopter committed to guiding her through puppyhood and adolescence. &#226&#154&#160&#239&#184&#143 Things to Consider Before Adopting Before bringing Jingle home, please thoughtfully consider: Your time and ability to commit to training and companionship Your living situation, including landlord approval and space Long-term plans such as moving, work changes, or travel The financial responsibility of food, vet care, training, and enrichment The reality of adopting a young dog who is still learning and growing Adoption is a lifelong promise — not just for today, but for every stage of her life. Vet Care Although Jingle is healthy, vaccinated, and spayed, adopters should schedule a visit with their own veterinarian as soon as possible after adoption to establish care and support a smooth transition. The 3-3-3 Rule (Very Important!) First 3 days: Jingle may feel overwhelmed as she adjusts to new sights, sounds, and people — patience and reassurance are essential. First 3 weeks: She’ll begin learning your routine, building confidence, and understanding what it means to belong. First 3 months: Trust deepens, her true personality shines, and she’ll know she is finally home. This adjustment period is normal and requires time, consistency, and love. Why Jingle Will Be an Amazing Addition Jingle is the kind of dog who quietly works her way into your heart and stays there forever. She’s loving, loyal, and eager to grow alongside her person. With guidance, patience, and commitment, she will become a devoted companion — one who offers comfort, joy, and unwavering love every single day. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to a bright, affectionate young dog and commit to a lifetime together, Jingle is ready to meet you &#226&#156&#168   If you are interested in adopting this amazing dog, please follow the link https://www.ozzieandfriendsrescue.org/adoptions and fill out an application  Thank you for choosing Ozzie and Friends Rescue. Story
Oh my goodness, where do we even begin with this girl? Everyone who meets Jenny June falls head over heels almost instantly. She has that undeniable charm that just pulls you in and once she’s got you, there’s no going back. She truly checks every box, and then somehow adds a few bonus ones. And those big brown puppy dog eyes? They’re the kind that stop you mid-sentence. Soft, warm, and almost teddy-bear-like, they make you feel like you’ve known her forever. Watch her video and see for yourself how sweet she is: https://youtu.be/fLCgzfpZrOI?si=A36wpqdIRDeKryk- Jenny June is believed to be a Pittie mix approximately 2 years old and currently weighs 48 lbs. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. Jenny is as sweet as they come, and despite being fully grown, she carries herself like a forever puppy. She has that youthful sparkle, that playful curiosity, and that irresistible puppy face that makes you want to scoop her up and tell her she’s perfect (because she kind of is). She loves deeply and wholeheartedly and once she bonds with you, you suddenly have a built-in adventure buddy, professional couch snuggler, and the newest star of your camera roll. She may be a little shy when meeting new people or stepping into new environments, but give her just a few minutes and you’ll see her blossom. Before you know it, she’s handing out kisses and leaning into you for affection. Jenny has spent time around children as young as four and showed a beautifully gentle, patient nature. While she handled the excitement of little ones well, we think she’d truly thrive in a home with slightly older kids who can match her softer spirit. When it comes to other dogs, Jenny is a social butterfly. She has participated in playgroups with dogs of all sizes and personalities and absolutely thrives in that setting. A good game of chase is one of her absolute favorites, especially when her dog friends are right there running alongside her. She shares toys kindly and even shares affection without a fuss. While she’d be happy as you're one-and-only, we would love to see her paired with another moderately playful pup who enjoys a balance of backyard zoomies and relaxed downtime. Jenny also had the opportunity to meet our house cat, Biggie, and she handled herself beautifully. She was respectful, curious but calm, and never attempted to chase. Biggie felt comfortable enough to go about his usual cat business without concern. While we can’t say for certain whether she has lived with cats before, her first impression was a great one. If you have a feline family member, we’re happy to coordinate a kitty sleepover to ensure it’s the perfect match. Energy-wise, Jenny has that wonderful “just right” balance. She enjoys leisurely neighborhood walks where she can take in all the sights and smells, and she’s just as happy curling up beside you afterward for some quality couch time. She walks nicely on a leash with minimal pulling, is treat motivated (a girl after our own hearts), and already knows how to sit. She is both crate trained and potty trained, making her an easy addition to the home. At the end of the day, Jenny is simply a gentle, loving, well-rounded girl who is ready to find the people she can call her own. We are willing to test Jenny June with anything you need in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Story
HI -I'M NOMI! I'm a 5-1/2-year-old beautiful and sweet Dutch Shepherd-Pit mix in need of a foster or forever home. My name means "beautiful" and "delightful" and it is so fitting, because I have a gorgeous brindle coat and a sweet face & personality. I was rescued from a Los Angeles-area shelter, and now have been waiting patiently for someone to notice me - for about two years! I am gentle with people, and am friendly with most dogs. I love to be with people and I love to shake a paw! I weigh 68 pounds. Can you foster or adopt me? I really want a home. I'm currently in California, but can be transported to Oregon. Please email for an application.

Story
FENGEER is a mix of GSD, Chocolate Lab, Bloodhound, Husky, Boreal and Anatolian Shepherd and will probably be about 80# full grown. He's very handsome, wants someone to love on him and will make a great pet once he's had some training. Fengeer is the alpha dog with the pups that are left and may continue to think he's the boss so maybe would be best without other males. The puppies have had to be in an outside kennel and have not had as much socialization as the owner would like but she's had her hands full with these pups and family matters. Owner says he does need a fenced yard. He is up to date on most of his shots but will need his rabies vaccine and will need neutered. The cost of that will be included in his adoption fee, which will be $275 Please fill out an adoption application and we'll hook you up with the owner as soon as you are approved. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.January 4, 2026, 12:15 pm
