Story
Hi there! My name is Feyd. I came to RASKC as a stray and now I`m looking for a new home. I`m a Dutch Shepherd! If you`ve never heard of us, please do a little research so we can get off on the right paw. I`m a very shy boy which is pretty typical for my breed. However, when I get to know a person, I am an absolute velcro dog and very sweet. I`m a big leaner - I love to lean into my person and get all the pets and reassurance. I can be scared in new situations, I need more socialization and a family that will advocate for my personal space while I gain confidence and learn the world is so not scary. I am crazy smart! I learned my new name in just a day and impressed everyone with picking up commands like `come`, `sit` and `stay` very quickly. Dutch Shepherds are a highly trainable but sensitive breed that will do best in active homes with families dedicated to training and socialization. I would love someone who can teach me lots of commands and games, take me for long walks, hikes or swims, and spend time lounging with me when all the work is done. I am currently 52lbs but I`m a lanky, awkward teen and will continue to grow and gain weight as I get a bit older. I will likely be around 60-65lbs when I am done growing and filling out.My personality color is BLUE. I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!

Meet Zeus💜 When an Adogs staff visited Korean city Shelter, Zeus was hiding behind another dog with wagging his tail. He's calm and quiet! He waits calmly in his crate, and he doesn't bark. He's not afraid of people's touch, but he's still very awkward with them! He's a gentle boy and never nips! 🥰 He gets along well with other dogs at the Adogs Center, but he's not very interested in them.🤣 *Health record: He is missing his left ear congenitally, but it doesn’t affect his hearing at all! * Finished heartworm treatment. (Retest is needed)

These pups are in Lacey, Washington too!

Story
Hear ye! Hear ye! Louis is ready for adoption!!! This long legged, loveable goofball is the epitome of charm and is steppin' onto the scene. This handsome guy is a sweet-natured boy who adores pets, toys, and, of course, treats! Louis has a playful and energetic demeanor that's infectious to everyone around him. He's done well with other dogs in play groups and loves engaging in fun and spirited romps with his furry friends. If you have another dog in your household and are considering adopting, we encourage you to bring them with you for a fun filled introduction of course. Louis is also a good communicator who isn't afraid to express his joy and excitement, whether it's through wagging his tail, giving sloppy kisses, or flashing his goober boy smile. He's a smart pup who knows fun tricks like sit and shake, making him a delight to train and interact with. Louis would make an excellent hiking buddy and would thrive in an active and adventurous household where he can join in on outdoor activities and explore new sights and smells. This boyo is the ultimate sidekick never wanting to miss out on the fun of life! So, if you're ready to add another member to your pack, come on down and meet this sweet, young pup! The dog adoption fee is $90. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DHPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), and Strongid (wormer). Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you'd like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510. This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services' website.

Story
Apple and London can be transported anywhere between the Washington/Canadian border, Spokane and Southern Oregon. Please consider adopting them together - they are best friends and would love to stay together forever! Apple and London were part of a litter surrendered after 2 puppies sadly passed away due to lack of care by their owner. They were born 10/16/23 and are a mix of around 15 different breeds, predominantly German shepherd. Apple has one floppy ear and will tap your leg with her paw to ask for scratches. She gets the cutest little zoomies! London has big pointy ears, is very small for a shepherd and sometimes thinks she is a lap dog! They will alert you when people or animals approach your home, but they are otherwise quiet. They are both: -Friendly with large and small dogs. -Gentle with an 11 lb. senior dog in their foster home. -House trained, crate trained, and know “sit.” -Vaccinated and will be spayed. Both girls are absolute sweethearts and the perfect, low-maintenance family dogs. They are unbelievably calm and quiet indoors, but they love to run around and play outdoors. They like to chase each other and wrestle! Although they are still young, they do not behave like wild puppies at all. They are obedient and learn quickly, they are well behaved, and they love to be couch potatoes indoors. They would be happy as the only dogs or playmates in part of a bigger pack. Wherever one is, you will find the other. They can be shy at first, but they are loving and can bond quickly to their new family. They are looking for an active family with a fully enclosed yard. Fence is ideally at least 5 feet tall. Must be a decent sized yard for their breed and someone home so they aren’t crated and alone all day. Must be able to provide a forever home. Applications can be found at caringhearts4paws.org Adoption donation is $650 total for both dogs, which includes their spays, vaccinations, microchips, and a contribution by their current foster. Home check is required.
