Rescued from an overcrowded California shelter, Juno spent four years in our kennels before moving into foster care, where he's thriving. He loves playing with his canine foster sister and riding in the car with his head out the window. Juno settles quickly in a kennel and is actively working on his house training and obedience skills. Juno is deeply devoted to his people and happiest by their side, whether on a hike, a walk, or a trip around town. He's smart, eager to please, and thrives with structure and routine. She was found in the middle of nowhere, in the bones, and with too much fear, she tried to bite us until she could understand that we were not going to hurt her, we just wanted to help her, and she got on her belly, letting me know that she trusted me. She is a really sweet, intelligent, loving dog, she has too much love to give, and she needs to receive even more. She is a very loyal dog, and tends to dance with her front paws when she gets excited. She gets excited when she goes for a walk, she likes to see new places and sometimes she is a little shy at first with strangers but she understands quickly when people don't want to hurt her. On the contrary when she knows that people are a threat to her or to you, she is very protective. She gets along well with very few male dogs, she is dominant and does not usually play with other dogs, but she gets along very well with adults and children, she would be ideal for a family with small children, she knows how to measure her strength, and she is not at all rude with babies. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Leggs is a resilient 32 pound, 1 year old pup working hard to become part of the world around him. While he’s naturally timid because he was feral the first three months of his life, he’s been bravely approaching new challenges and turned into the most amazing dog at home. Leggs is very intelligent and sensitive. He’s a bit cuddler and loves wrapping himself up in a blanket and hunkering down with his soft toys. He’s fantastic on a leash and incredibly gentle with myself, my children, and other dogs (including my super senior). He is crate trained, goes to the door when he needs to go potty, leash trained, and doing well on basic obedience and threshold training. He’s done well on trips to the park, long-leash walking on nature trails, and trips to pet-friendly stores such as Petco. His perfect home would be one that understands his initial need to decompress. After that, you can expect the most loyal and intuitive companion. He is not a fan of cats so no kitties please. Leggs is being fostered in Texas but can be transported out of state. Apollo is extremely loyal to his family members and just wants to always be within eye sight of you. He is very chill indoors until a stranger comes to the door then he gets very protective, Apollo is friendly when out in public but protective when at home. He loves to play fetch and will do it until he gets too tired. We are moving to where our family business is and it will not be a proper environment to have a dog with his distrust of strangers. He will make a terrific companion to someone who is home most of the day that maybe lives on some property where strangers don’t walk up unannounced. He’s a fantastic guard dog. He is fine with people after he gets introduced but it requires a proper introduction with him before he feels comfortable. If interested I can go more into his temperment. He truly is the sweetest dog and our family is more than sad to see him go.

I Found her roaming around my neighbor hood at night and took her in. Found out it was my neighbors whom was looking for someone to take care of her. Previous owner says she was origionally a farm dog before being put in a home in the city. I believe she's 2 1/2 years old now and the best way I can describe her is as follows: Hyper and very active, food motivated, loves to play fetch, understands basic commands, crate trained, curious, friendly, fast learner, loyal, seperation anxiety, jumper, takes baths really well. Looking for someone who can give her all the attention she deserves and a loving home.

Bowie LOVES his humans and likes to give and receive all the kisses and snuggles. Coming in at 58lbs, he is a great size and will make the perfect med sized adventure buddy! He is a happy boy who loves to play outside in the yard and sniff all the smells, but also knows when it’s time to settle down inside. He’s a great work from home partner! He loves to chase with his humans, play with his ball, go after his teaser wand toy, and all the BELLY RUBS. This handsome guy has beautiful all-over auburn coloring accented with a black snout, white chest, white tippy toes and natural eyeliner and eyelashes that will be the envy of all the ladies, plus the cutest ear standing at attention at all times. He’s a real heartthrob! He gets along great with other dogs and would love it if you had another but not necessary for him to be happy. Bowie is house trained, has great house manners, loves car rides and is an excellent passenger. Bowie completed obedience school and knows basic commands like sit, stay, and wait. He is continuing to work on his basic commands and leash manners. Bowie would thrive in a home with another dog and stay/work at home human. He would also love an active family that enjoys walks, hikes or just snuggling by your side. Bowie is neutered, up-to-date with vaccinations, heartworm tested, (negative) flea/tick prevention given and microchipped. Bowie would make an excellent addition to any family.
